Very Spacious home and Designed perfectly... I'm really loving all of the wall paint colors they chose because it's brighter and makes the rooms look bigger..I especially like the air vents on the ceiling and not the floor...The kitchen cabinets are a really great color and the design on the cabinet's look nice..The pantry is a great size...The half bath is excellent especially for company to use instead of using the family personal restrooms.This is a house you can decorate fancy or just comfy cozy and down to earth every day living... Seen this one a few times & while I always have high hopes for houses this big, I’m always left a little disorganized by how much I would want to change. It’s beautiful, don’t get me wrong, it’s just not my personal style. Though I have to say the fireplace was definitely unique & unexpected…just like the gift you sent me. (Thanks again!!) @@WheresWilHomeTours I actually don’t mind no dining table, but that’s because I want to either have a pull-out table that’s hidden under the island countertop, or get a bookshelf/table transformation piece (or do both for options or space for big dinner parties) that way I have extra open space to move around since I use a walker or power wheelchair to get around. I also want to have transformational pieces in the guest rooms so they can be used as an office or physical therapy space at any given time, only to transform into a guest bedroom when family/friends need it. And since I want a basement, I’d add in a bookcase that hides a door to an elevator that would lower into a panic room/bunker with CCTV, weather/news access, plenty of food/water, off-grid water/air supply system, a full bathroom, sleeping options & some sort of basic infrastructure in place in order to start growing a few food options...just in case. Nothing super crazy, just enough for family, friends, neighbors, etc could stay safe during natural disasters of every kind, a home invasion (been the victim of a few already) or some man-made disaster. It’s like my mom always taught me…expect the worst, but hope for the best!!
Beautiful home but definitely needs some changes for me. The kitchen is alright but unless the structures are support beams, I would open it up and have a nice island. The master bath is a no for me too. The tub takes up too much space and that narrow shower has to go. Take out the extra closet in there and give me a big shower with bench & rain head/handheld also. It’s amazing at the price comparison to a new build. But overall this is a lovely home. Thanks! 🥰

I was in the dining room when I panned from the living room into the kitchen. They didn't have a dining room table.
