I really like deer valley, they seem like good quality. My only negative is the limited choices in finishes. It's all rustic and I like rustic, but not everything rustic, I like a mix of modern, so beautiful glass tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, and limited elements of wood to warm things up. Too much brown is too much. I really love the black rock fireplaces, and on the exterior. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Barndominium exterior, blacks, darks, wood...very nice.

we're getting this model and we are using the flex room as a tv room like den and putting a sofa and dining table in the "living room" across from the kitchen.

Nice home. Don’t care for the "nook" in the hall. Don't like wire racks in closets. Don’t like closets in bathroom due to humidity. $113k is pretty steep for this home. Like the kitchen very much.

I would need space for a microwave and air fryer, and there isn’t much counter top for that. If the living room and the kitchen were both one foot shorter, the bedrooms on each end would be a bit larger. And I have cats, so I would have to have a closet door for the primary bedroom. 😊

No dishwasher is a deal breaker.

This home has approx. 1525 sq ft of living space. The porch isn't included in the living space sq. footage figure, as it isn't heated/AC'd. Not sure where Wil came up with 2800+ sq ft as 26x64(rounding down from 26.8') only brings total sq ft. to 1664. It is built by Commodore and Champion. We are purchasing ours early next year. Full T&T walls throughout, wood shelving throughout. A few other odds and ends added and it will be a bit over 200K for the home, delivery, setting, finishing. That price doesn't include our land(already owned), foundation or additional site prep work.

I love this layout.This looks like a smaller version of the “La jolla”. It would be nice if it had a bigger area for a dinning table though.

Where was the washer and dryer area.

That's a great little place, it's laid out really nicely and the big windows make it feel open and airy.

Nice home, but I would prefer the laundry room at the end of the house ,so it could be used as a mud room as well. The doors on this home would not allow me to place it on my mountain property facing the lake . The Gloria is more suitable for the placement I would need .

Would a pocket door in master be possible for closet and not enter from bathroom? What about humidity from showers, no door for closet? 1st model?

Does the island have storage? If no storage replace with a table and 4 chairs. Can windows be changed out for smaller dimensions? There has to be a way to reroute the water to somewhere not in a closet or some way to hide it. Can laundry be connected to a washer-dryer combo?

Can a park model be put on a foundation without wheels and be considered real estate and pay taxes like a site built house?

I really hope this will eventually be available in Florida. Love the layout and looks of this house.
