Beautiful Home, don't like the clothes closets in the bathroom and too small. The moisture will cause a huge problem on the clothes and shoes. Had a bad experience with mildew and mold on my shoes, leather, purses, hats and clothes.

Is this one available in Tennessee?

Visited recently. As shown 163,000 with installation and limited lifetime warranties. Said they deck all doors with 6x6 . Seems reasonable

This home is absolutely gorgeous and perfect!!! I LOVE THE LAYOUT! The foyer with the large closet was spot on especially the blue accent wall and the archway! The living room was nice but the kitchen was FABULOUS!!! The color of the cabinets, back splash and counter tops would be exactly the colors I would want and the laundry room was perfect. Loved the water heater in the laundry room instead of a closet in a bedroom. Was overjoyed to see ALL bedrooms on one end and the primary rather “ off to itself”. Room sizes were spot on… Loved how the dining room lead out to the covered porch too! This house floor plan was PERFECT!!! Thank you for sharing!!! ☺️🙏🏾❤️
