This is a lovely home!! I normally don't care for the brown tones, but it looks really nice in this home. The floor plan is awesome and so functional! I love Deer Valley homes. If I were ready to buy a home right now, that's the brand I would go with. They have such great designs, and I love that they let you customize them. That master closet is amazing. 💕❤.

If these houses shipped outside of America,the Caribbean, to be precise; I would definitely go this way with a few changes. No heater as we are in a hot country and an extra bathroom. Loved it anyway!❤❤❤

I do like kitchen windows. And the single stainless steel sink with the spring faucet. Love the colors of gray. And the family room with the extra bedroom to the side is great for my craft room. I really like the space it gives for that because I do so many different things in crafting, I could use that extra space right now.

Hey Big Dave.👋 Was a Great Tour. You Are Very Personable and a J🙂y to Listen to. There were Only a Couple Thing's I'd Change. One would Be to Paint ALL of the Dark Trim Everywhere. Good to S👀 the Wall Oven's. Most People Don't N-E-E-D a Large Oven or Stove. L💜ve the 2nd Living Area as well as the Very Large Master Closet. A Very Nice Home and Not just an Ole' Plain-Jane Type.

Range Hood. I like you showed the drawers in the kitchen. I think showing inside cabinets and drawers as well as closets is something real buyers like to see, especially women. We are all about storage and organizing our things. Great how you point out the various upgrades to the tub, and changed to things one can request such as the shoe shelves, etc. Odd place for a half bath. I think those are more of a hall tree than a foot locker but the hooks look like railroad spikes to me. Am I correct? That primary suite, especially the bathroom and dressing room closet is fabulous!

I believe the spot that looks like a coat rack, bench and cubby holes are referred to as a hall tree. (At least that’s what they were called when I was growing up. And the nails are railroad spikes.

The great news is that there are a lot of homes to choose from, and most are decent options, but as for bang for your buck, manufactured homes will always be a more affordable option in most cases.

Wish the price was available. Don't want to fall in love with smth that's out of my price range 😅. I just viewed one in Idaho that had a guest sweet that was spectacular. This one didn't use the square footage to its advantage. Liked the kitchen but not laid out well. My favorite room was the 2nd LVRM because I really liked the wooden accent wall. They can make any doorway 36" or even do double door entrances. They can also do grab bars anywhere requested as well as handicap roll in showers and raised toilets. They are awesome!!

I believe the spot that looks like a coat rack, bench and cubby holes are referred to as a hall tree. (At least that’s what they were called when I was growing up. And the nails are railroad spikes.

Those black hooks in the laundry room they are rail road spikes. Love the kitchen I would love to have a little more coner space and a little bigger center island !!! ❤😊

I talk to folks about this very often. The great news is that there are a lot of homes to choose from, and most are decent options, but as for bang for your buck, manufactured homes will always be a more affordable option in most cases.

Wish the price was available. Don't want to fall in love with smth that's out of my price range 😅. I just viewed one in Idaho that had a guest sweet that was spectacular. This one didn't use the square footage to its advantage. Liked the kitchen but not laid out well. My favorite room was the 2nd LVRM because I really liked the wooden accent wall. They can make any doorway 36" or even do double door entrances. They can also do grab bars anywhere requested as well as handicap roll in showers and raised toilets. They are awesome!!
