Turn that nose into a forward berth, some military-style hoop-and-canvas for a soft top, stow the fenders under the fenders, rig some water pumps on a switch to blow mist out of those stacks... this could be a super cool weekender

If you do that challenge you have to use each other's rods, baits, and full set ups. So there can be a bit of sabotage. I say a barbie rod setup but also get a nice rod but keep it hidden in pieces around the boat. He either has to choose to beat you with a fully rigged barbie rod. Or find the good rod, spool it and get it rigged up.

Getting a "Semi" of your own could be a cool idea, Especially if you rig it out to be a support "ship" for your Sub. Winches, and maybe external air so that you can run a hose for the shallow dives and don't have to rely on tanks all the time.
