Soccer player ametuer but has some leg power. I was always a great soccer player growing up and converted to football. Really good CB and WR. I also kicked for my team. I hit a 51 yarder but I qas able to hit 65 yarders6with no pads. I was able to kick the soccer about 80 yards.
@@danielz2762 they could review the footage to confirm nothing was recorded that shouldent have been, made them sigh a waiver saying they wont crash the drone into anything, etc. lots of ways to get around those rules if theres nobody to get hurt and you have one of the worlds best drone racing pilots at the controls. people tend to give leeway in events like that.

I feel like Marc should do another video like this and try to make a field goal from the full length of an NFL field since this one failed on the 80 yard attempt and the Matt Prater record was broken recently. Maybe even have Justin Tucker or Brandon Aubrey compete against the kicking robot.
My dad was a mechanical engineer. He and I were going to try and modify a clay pigeon launcher to create a device, very similar to what you have, to bat for my students who are severely disabled, but we never got around to it, and then he became too sick and passed away. Maybe that’s something Mark Rober can develop and market to schools or organizations like Miracle League.
Detroit and Denver are some of the easiest stadiums to kick in. Detroit is indoors so you don't have wind resistance, and Denver has limited oxygen so there is less air resistance.
