- It's Halloween, spooky creatures abound, and kids will be out doing Trick or Treat as darkness falls....
I on the other hand will be eating some of Lidl's Halloween food items.... the Monster Pizza, and the Monster Chilli Cheese Nuggets.
But will they be a treat? Or have Lidl tricked me?

Top Video Greeno, something different. Fair play to Lidl bringing these out for Halloween, certainly fun for the kids for there Halloween meal. Thought those chilly cheese bites looked ok. Right best get back to work Greeno! …. Smithy 🎃🎃🎃🎃

I wiuld have thought that this type of food would be aimed at the children, and in the case of the puzza it probably is but if the nuggets have a real chilli kick then you probably wouldn't want to feed them to children, ir is that just me?😊
Not being a fan of chilli I don't know when you start introducing it into the diets of small people.

My teenage daughter went to a Halloween fancy dress party on Saturday that was a mix of adults, teenagers and younger kids, so maybe it would be good for that kind of event. My 10 yr old tried one of the ones I cooked, but she wasn’t keen ha ha! She’s not afraid of spice though, she likes hot sauce 😀

Luckily nobody has noticed the continuity error in the video… took my glasses off at some point while cooking the food and forgot to put them back on again ha ha! I’m surprised that Lidl aren’t running any Halloween events in Germany, even though they are a budget supermarket, they are normally very good at finding ways to squeeze some extra pennies from their customers!

Had the chilli cheese nuggets last year did them in the airfryer on a lower setting so no blow outs but they were disappointing didn't buy them again😊
I quite liked the taste of the sauce, but it’s hard to judge how good they are when they failed to maintain their structural integrity! Thanks for watching 😀
