I have panic attacks over a very specific thing. (Driving on cliffs and over gorges) my panic attack is so different. I feel my own death crawling over me and I can and have passed out. I can’t do anything coherently and it is the scariest moment I have ever experienced. She is just having a temper tantrum

Yes, for someone who demands loyalty, he sure doesn't have any for anyone else other than Robyn. He's not even loyal to his very own offspring. He thinks he's a king and demands obedience and loyalty. When in reality, he's an angry little tyrant.

There is no doubt in my mind that Kody (whose complaining about the wives not liking each other.) Pit all the wives against each other while in pillow talk sessions. He engineered to entire dynamic between the wives. He didn't want them being friends. We know he discussed the other wives with both Janelle and Robin, its on the show. It's the old divide and conquer routine. Keep them down so you, yourself can be on top.

I've never understood why Ch. and J. make such a big bad damning deal out of the catfishing incident; they saw how she was being treated, they knew how starved she was for affection. I thought the story line at the time was that Robyn's eldest 3 could choose to go live with their dad if they didn't like living with Robyn and Cody. Robyn was worried/concerned about loosing her 3 eldest to Preston. Hence the OG 13 had to treat Robyn's kids well or they might leave and go live with their bio dad. Adopting them became the story line to keep the children with Robyn. So they wouldn't one day wake up and say I don't like it here and wanna go live with bio dad.

Yet, Meri would have to cut out Robyn COMPLETELY from her life! Otherwise, every conversation between Meri, Christine and Janelle would be a huge discussion for Robyn and more drama! In the scene where Meri is anouncing to Kody and Robyn that she will be offering up her legal marriage so that the kids could be adopted. The camera is on Robin and you can see Robin knows, she's bracing for the news as if she's getting into character so to speak.
Then when Meri relays what shes doing, both Kody and Robin are not phased at all, they widen their eyes and just say Thank you. Something was off to me the first time i saw this. The reaction was way off, artificial.
With what we know about Kodys ego, you would think that he would jump straight into, No! Not this! It's like a knife in the kidneys! But no, its just a simple thank you. Not a very gracious thank uou at that.
That's when I knew this was not Meri's idea, that somehow they coached her through this.

I think Robyn may be very unhappy.
It seems like a major dynamic in Kody/Robyn's marriage has rested upon the OG3 being spectators to Kody/Robyn's perfect love (🤢).
And the OG3 also provided an audience for the tired "US v THEM" victim story that is such a part of Kody and Robyn's identity.
So, what is a couple to do when all three scapegoats manage to escape and take the storyline with them?

The Victorian version of what we know today as bowling, skittles could be played both indoors and outdoors. All players needed was a round hard ball and several skittles. The object of the game was to roll the ball and knock down as many skittles as possible.

These women… Especially Mary and Christine were born and raised in an actual cult. They spent five decades of their wives in a cult… A cult that did not have any dealings with anyone in the outside world. Their lives were in the four walls of the polygamist community, which means they were extremely extremely sheltered, even as grown adults, which made them extremely naïve. Now coming out of that… I mean they started coming out of that a little tiny bit with the show and then having to go different places, and do interviews and have social media etc. but now being out of a plural marriage and they’re really in the real world it’s like a culture shock and I think each person obviously handles things differently. So what works for Christine may not work for Mary I do enjoy seeing them growing and emotionally maturing. But it’s going to take time… I mean Christine wanted to leave for years before she finally did leave… Mary never really wanted to leave, but finally hit a wall with her hope and was forced to leave so Marie and Christine are too very different pages. But with time and I think a lot of therapy That it will be interesting to see them in like five years from now. I would love to see Christine and Mary and Janelle getting together and working through their issues… Well, Christine and Mary anyway, I mean, Janelle and Mary’s issues started essentially a betrayal. Introducing your boyfriend to your brother and sister-in-law Janelle, and then her saying that the minute she met Cody she felt some it felt like home and then how Janelle and Cody went about getting together was really behind Mary’s back at first so I don’t know that the two of them will ever really be friends. I think with a betrayal like that I don’t know that you ever are able to fully trust someone however, I still would love to see the three of them get together, work out their issues and actually have a relationship with each other, Janelle and Christina are fun together but they polar opposites which is also why Janelle gets annoyed with Christine constantly bringing up that she can leave you need to leave and do this and do that and Janelle‘s like girl I’m not with Cody anymore I do not plan on getting back together with him but he has hundreds of thousands of dollars and I am not about to just walk away from that. Plus the fact that three of my six children still live in Flagstaff and I’m good here. Janelle and Christine again are polar opposites. What Christine needed? Isn’t what Janelle needs. Plus The fact that Flagstaff to Janelle is the equivalent of what Utah is to Christine… From the time that they moved to Flagstaff, he never saw Janelle so it’s the same to Janelle and Flagstaff as it is to Christine and Salt Lake City. But God love Christine. She wants what she wants for the people that she loves and it’s sweet however she is now seen multiple times Janelle getting annoyed that Christine continuously brings up Janelle and her needing to leave the same way that Christine left so she needs to just let it go and let Janelle do what Janelle‘s gonna do… Janelle may also look at it like I have now been married twice have ended divorce or separation and I just wanna worry about myself… Maybe Janelle will find a nice friend with benefits you know take care of her needs, but then gets out of our hair that’s basically what she was doing with Cody… Cody didn’t do shit for her, but “take care of her“ and you know what is gross as it is because I don’t wanna think about Cody or really any of them having sex but especially Cody. At least Janelle was getting something out of that relationship a lot more than the rest of them except for precious Robin, of course anyway, I totally agree with you. I would love to see the three OG get together and, be best friends. It would also be fun to see Christine and Mary how fun they can be together.

I think Cody‘s manhood can’t handle the fact that the OG three were with him when he was living in poverty when Cody had nothing when he was struggling… They were his equals they helped provide for that family just as much as he did. Where is Robin was always completely dependent on him for everything, Robyn couldn’t wipe her own ass without Cody there handing her the toilet paper… And let’s be honest until a few seasons into the show the only woman that was really “independent“ would’ve been Janelle… But as the show went on, these women had their own income, good income, and then they have their MLM‘s where they get all out of income And Cody stopped financially supporting them years ago, along before they left Vegas… So they were forced into taking care of themselves, and then his time with them dwindle down so they had to take care of themselves in every way, shape and form for at least seven years, the only person that Cody financially contributed to… Or completely contributed to financially was Robin, but that’s what he likes. He likes that distress the needy one, the one that needs him to save her. And Robin has never known Cody… She has never known struggle Bus Cody, Robin has only ever known Cody that has a TV show and has a little bit of money and getting more. Even Christine has said that when Robin first started coming around that it was already when they were about to start filming so that’s always made me question Robbins true motives… They’ve also made it known that everyone in their community knew about the show. They would talk about it at church There priest or pastors or whatever they have would stand up there on Sundays and talk about the Browns getting a TV show… Then all of a sudden Robin starts taking five hour drives to come see a cousin in Utah, that she never really saw to hearing rumblings of a polygamist family getting a reality show. Robin came down to Utah with a motive and I also think that that why she doesn’t like Christine. I mean she doesn’t like Christine now because Christine left and took her money with her but Robin has never liked Christine… Christine had jealousy issues with Robin and openly talked about it and admitted it whereas Robin has never been able to be like yeah, I am jealous of Christine. But in the beginning, when Robin was coming into the family, Christine knew about everything that Robin did to her ex-husband. Robin, knowing that Cody‘s whole dams on distress turn on and the whole “you can’t leave a good man“ thing he says … Robin had to make herself a victim who needed saving… Here’s a woman who just barely got out of an abusive, terrible marriage and now she’s struggling financially to stay a flow with her and her three precious children somebody needs to come and save me, I can’t work I can’t save a dollar I need someone to come and take care of me … meanwhile Preston is the one who filed for divorce. Preston also had a thriving business in Montana that ended up going bankrupt because of robins spending. Rob would go shopping almost every day of the week and hide everything in the shed in their backyard, and bring things in slowly when he wasn’t home so that he wouldn’t notice. his parents also gave her tens of thousands of dollars to pay off their credit card debt… Not only did Robin not use that money to pay off some of her debt but she never even paid them back… Christine may have met Robin while Preston was married to her but Preston is Christine’s first cousin and she heard about this girl and God knows Christine couldn’t ever go to Cody and tell him I don’t think this is a good one for the family don’t do it don’t do it because she probably would’ve gotten punched in the mouth. Also Cody with his “ I vetted Robin hard” really? This is a woman who financially ruined. Her husband took him for every penny that she could get from him… Also, Robin said that she took on ALL the debt that they had to get out of the marriage… That man was left in, almost triple the amount of debt so that was another lie.., but when they first got they were making money like that yet so if he vetted her as well as he claims he did then why would you take on a woman who has $30,000 of debt? And wouldn’t you question her husband would filed for divorce from her?? he didn’t vet Robin he liked the way she looked… Which Robin is not an ugly person physically and I know that everyone likes to say that is a decade younger than all of the other wives… Not true. Technically Robin is nine years younger than Janelle, she is eight years younger than Mari and five years younger than Christine. And before Cody, Robin looked younger and fresher… But she has not aged well. She has so many wrinkles from all of her fake crying and her constant pouting and when I see her all I see is a Lego person’s head. And she walks like one of her legs are shorter than the other… Almost like a waddle… Like the way that I waddled when I was pregnant with my twin daughters … Not like end of pregnancy waddling but like six months pregnant with my daughters.
Also, Robin has aged to the point where she looks like her and Cody are around the same age. And if you notice that then, you also notice that these women as soon as Cody stopped coming around as often and then even more so when they finally left Cody, how much younger and brighter and glowing the OG 3 look. Great paragraph! I agree with all of it. Robyn is SO manipulative. And she IS aging rapidly!! As the other three are reverse aging. And the leg thing made me laugh out loud. Yes, she always leans over when she's walking! Doesn't she??? I'm gonna tune in more that you pointed it out.

Beer and skittles is a phrase coined in the mid 1800s. Skittles, besides being a modern candy, was a tabletop bowling kind of game. So, hanging out in the pub drinking beer and playing skittles with the boys was a “good time”. My friend who spent a lot of time in Canada introduced me to skittles. Must be more popular there! And now that it’s a candy it has an especially fun and odd ring to that phrase! 😂

Dayton, who now goes by David again, is living in an RV in the driveway. So, that's one. The girls seem to have stopped maturing at 14, despite graduating college. Then the 2 younger ones probably don't remember "the others". Kinda like the movie The Others... were they real, to whom were they real 😅

Meri was clearly devastated when the legal divorce happened and I have no doubt that Kody and Robyn used her kids to manipulate meri. That was the beginning of the end of meri and kodys relationship.

@SeniorPerspective-123 I'm convinced that nothing will ever make Robyn happy. Getting to be the legal wife didn't make her happy. She needed to be the only wife. Now she's the only wife and still unhappy. In fact, she's more miserable than ever, and the histrionics are more extreme than ever.

David Jessop did NOT want to give up custody of his kids, he was forced. When Dayton had that ATV accident, nobody had medical insurance for him and they told David that if he gave up rights to the kids that Kody and Robyn would foot the bill and not have David pay anything. He was blackmailed with an accident that happened because Kody wasnt supervising the kids

It's always about money with Kody. From what I understand, the marriage stuff was necessary because Kody wanted to put the kids on his medical insurance. Dayton had the eye accident (the show said he was with "friends" but he was with Kody and Hunter.... Hunter is the one that discovered Dayton after he hit the fence with the ATV). Kody didn't want to pay for the surgery (David's position was that Dayton was under Kody's care during the accident so he should pay... David was also broke). So Kody forced David Jessop to give up custody so that they could get medical insurance on the kids. Something like that. Other fans likely have more specific facts that I do! David didn't want to give up his kids.

I know. It's gross. This show is such a fun guilty pleasure, until you go down the Rabbit Hole and have "fun" trying to find the reality ... and then stumble across the awful truth of so much that was happening behind the scenes that they all had the "charity" to cover up. I'm really watching and waiting for the OG3 to really come clean about what was really going on. That's a show we'd all watch and be inspired by. I'm really rooting for J, M and C (and their kids) to find peace!@@SeniorPerspective-123 Love, love your channel!

If anyone remembers when Kody and Christine were splitting and talked about a custody agreement on truly Kody said he was desperate to keep her that he got "creative" with the laws and told Christine that if they never made an agreement that the state would take her. I'm thinking Kody got "creative" with meri and told her if they weren't married that they would definitely lose the kids if something happens to Robyn and knowing meri she took his word for gospel. Just a thought. Lol

@SeniorPerspective-123 I should have time-stamped because a week later I forgot! 😅 I think when she looks back at happy memories, for her things were working out the way she wanted, even if the others were unhappy. And now it's all gone. It's too hard to watch something you wanted and had when it's gone. Looking back at baby pictures of your children is bitter sweet when you miss the cute baby stage, but if your children are still alive and well and you have a good relationship with them it won't be upsetting. Although I noticed traits about her I didn't like throughout the seasons, I think it was genuine emotion she was showing.

I think there was more to it than just giving up his rights (Jessop). I think it was an insurance thing... so Kody could get insurance on the kids... ? That being said, I think Kody and Robyn pushed Meri into doing it. I do not for one minute, think it was Meri's idea.

So my theory is, and it may have been said before, the contract with TLC is under Kody only. He gets the check and he disperses the money. And from my understanding, he has the contract so he has the control the way production shows certain people. He wanted Meri to look such a way that he made production shine a bad light on her.
And I absolutely think that they convinced Meri to agree to the divorce.

Adoption laws differ by state. All states consider best interests of the child. In my state it's unlikely a judge would approve an adoption by a boyfriend who had only known the biological mother for 2 years and doesn't live with her and the children full time. A judge would consider a social worker's evaluation of the home situation, character of the presumptive adoptive father, and any other information that turned up for or against the adoption.

Meri is the most manipulative abusive person. Several kids came out speaking of the horror they endured living under her. She would be violent at times and described as a ‘monster’ by Maddie. Please don’t defend her. Technically she should be in jail for child abuse

    • @SeniorPerspective-123

I hear you. I just wonder if it's a distorted recall by a time they were children. Janelle and Christine haven't said anything. I wish the kids would give specifics. Because words like "monster" and "abusive" are so ambiguous. This is why I hate Kody and Robyn's language. For that same reason.

These talk backs and look backs were filmed after Christine‘s wedding… In November sometime even Cody and Robbins little bit on Christine‘s wedding special was filmed like a month later. And you can tell because of the cut that Cody has on his cheek… That’s not from Botox or filler they do not put Botox and filler in that part of your face, he has that same cut… Probably from when Robin jumped on top of him and squeezed his mouth shut to get him to stop talking… And Cody had done a cameo for someone with Robin there back in November, stating that they had just filmed something very special and he was waiting for her to get home to do the cameo. Well, that’s when you see that cut on his face and again this was a November, the same cut that he had on his face during these talk backs and look backs
