As all malignant narcissists do, Kody never wanted the women to get along with each other. He expected them to continue to court him, to worship him while he triangulated the others, pitting them against each other, making them compete for his attention and scraps of "love". He says he was trapped, but he abandoned the og3 and their children to force them to leave.

Um Christine tried to be close to Robyn’s kids from the start when she offered to watch them. BUT Robyn wanted her niece to watch them and Kody agreed that would be better.
Christine allowed one of her own daughters to go STAY with Robyn and help Robyn. That's a really sh!tty sister wife, isn't it? 🙄🤣

It amazes me how Kody leaves Robyn's house, to go to Janelle's small home , and thinks he is doing a great job of being fair. Janelle and Meri should have been on the deed to his and Robyn's house, seeing it was their money that bought it. Plus, Kody cheated on the OG3 with Robyn. He broke the covenant he had with them.

I have a lot of experience with panic attacks. I have been diagnosed with panic disorder since I was 12 years old. I’m now 40 and I can tell you that this woman and her children do not know what a panic attack is crying and being upset about something you don’t like, is not a panic attack that’s called life you have a panic attack. You feel like you’re not gonna live past that point you’re gonna die. Everything‘s gonna end right then, so insulting that people use the word panic attack for everything now
Amanda, this is very insightful. I'm sorry for your struggle with the panic attacks. I'm grateful you were able to share your insight. I have heard a panic attack feels like you are "going to die." You said the same thing. Which does not match Robyn's behavior. I didn't see her in the bathroom, but I just find it hard to believe it was that bad and she came back and just continued on like normal. I feel for everyone suffering with this condition. First she claims she's dying from Covid...now claiming panic attacks. She just digs herself deeper and deeper.

I remember him carrying Robyn's grown daughter up the stairs because at 18 she cannot walk and cry. I do feel that those kids have many issues due to those 2 as parents. I also suffer from them. You literally can't breathe.
I first had the thought that TLC was exposing Kody when Christine said, "Forget about shining a light on Kody, shine a mirror." Obviously "shine a light on Kody" has come up as the purpose of these tell-alls, so I think you're right: TLC is over Kody and using these specials to humiliate him with the truth of him. It's beautiful.
Its oblivious to Kody that he's his own worst enemy! He really thinks he's a God, sorry buddy but you have a lot of work to do on yourself. Reality will hit you right between the eyes sooner than later!

Janelle had posted somewhere that Garrison had helped her haul her camper for winter storage. In the photo, he was using Kody's truck to move the camper. There is also another photo of him parking the truck at Robyn and Kody's house. I would guess that any conversation that Garrison had with his dad was very casual and involved the picking up and dropping off of the truck and not much more. And Janelle indicated as much.

Kodys life mission is to control his wives and children. He is the true definition of narcissist. When the OG3 left and took their control their lives he then has turned himself as the victim in this situation. If someone did a little digging I think Robyn was involved in this catfishing situation to get Meri out of the way.
Now Robyn is the one left standing. Kody says he is in love with Robyn and never loved the others. So I say then go be with Robyn have the life you deserve. I think the OG3 need to get a lawyer and take Kody and Robyn to court and get that property, sell it and move onward to their happy lives.

I agree with you 💯%. It's really sad how he speaks about Merri and Janelle and Christine. These 3 women worked together for all these years. Had his children gave up their youth and supported him in every way. Have some respect.

I have panic attacks. What Robyn and her kids have are what I think someone would do if presenting an interpretation of what they think a panic attack is. You literally feel like you are going to die. You cannot focus on anything going on around you, and you certainly don’t do it for attention or sympathy. It really irritates me.
You're the second person who has written this to me. Who personally has panic attacks and they feel like they are going to die. This is NOT what Robyn is experiencing. She claimed she almost died with Covid (although the hospital dismissed her the day she admitted herself) and now she's claiming panic attacks. Again, insulting people who REALLY were dying from Covid and those truly suffering with panic attacks. She is the worst.

One of the biggest clues that points to Kody possibly being a narcissist is examples like his "breakup" with Meri. People say that Meri was clueless and claim she had to have known it was over but if you understand narcissists, it gives you great insight into why Meri insisted he break up with her publicly. A narcissist's biggest give away is how they fight with people. If you've ever had an argument with someone and went away in utter confusion, not even understanding what just happened or what the fight was about, you may have just fought with a narcissist. The fight can start over something trival, then every "wrong" you've ever committed against the person is thrown in your face, they never let anything go, every point you made was twisted and read back to you in a distorted way, you're told what you believe to be true isn't, they never stay on point, they say a bunch of things to throw you off and confuse you and these fights can go on and on for hours or days sometimes, until you're beaten down and begin questioning yourself. You not knowing what happened or what the fight was about backs up their narrative that you're crazy AND they were able to distract you from the original problem you were fighting about to begin with, a double whammy. My last relationship was with a narcissist, he would do manipulative things to make me think I was forgetting things or forgetting what I said, it was always small things but it made me question my own sanity. I would confront him about something I wanted him to change, it would turn into a days long fight where every "mistake" I ever made was thrown in my face. If I said something like "you're not borrowing my car today" he'd throw out something crazy and unrelated "what, I can't borrow your car??? That's ridiculous! The only reason you won't let me take it is because you think I'm cheating on you, I would never do that, I do so much for you, you don't even trust me, your trust issues are so hard to deal with!" He tried to convince me that I was so "damaged" by my childhood and ex husband that I didn't know how to have a "healthy" relationship. He would do word salad ranting and topic changing so that nothing ever made sense, nothing was ever resolved or worked through, he brought up the exact same things in every fight, every fight was a repeat of the last, he never answered my questions, he never responded to my points, he'd ignore them or blame shift, it was like spending 2.5 years in an unchanging purgatory without a plan for resolution. Even when we weren't with each other he'd text me all day, he'd start arguments out of nowhere, he'd bring up things I had explained 200 times before, trying to get me to accept his version of what happened, while also telling me we'd never had these arguments before, that I had communication issues which is why we fight, he constantly needed something from me. As he's gaslighting me, he'd tell me he loved me and wanted to "work through" things and have a "healthy" relationship. People don't instantly think their loved one is trying to manipulate them, there doesn't seem to be a reason they would do that, so they think their intentions are pure. The manipulations and mind games are so small and random at first that you don't pick up on them, they keep you in a constant state of wondering and being on edge, worrying that something is wrong with you and they're the only person you can trust. "If you just do this, or change that then this will be better and I'll do this" when you do that, they move the goal post to something else, it's like a hamster wheel.
That was Meri's life for 30+ years, I can't imagine. It's hard to focus on 1 sentence or a few words in an hour long rant. He'd probably say he didn't want to be together, followed up by a long rant about what she did wrong and what she needs to do to fix herself and their relationship. She'd forget that he said he didn't want her because why tell her what she needs to improve on if you don't want the relationship. Giving her a goal to do in order to get the relationship back meant hope in Meri's eyes, it kept her on the hook. In reality Kody just likes to preach, "advise" others and hear himself talk. Meri came away from every discussion without answers, not really understanding the point and after 30 years of this type of manipulation and mind games she probably questioned her own reality. Not to mention Robs, who's also a manipulative narcissist game player, being in her ear, telling her Kody says he still wants her around and the marriage can be saved. Meri was manipulated by two narcissists, she was like a wounded dog with no self esteem left. She wanted Kody to break up with her publicly so that there'd be no confusion, no wondering, no games, the world and Robs could see Kody say the marriage was over, the final push Meri needed to free herself.
Sidenote, like 3 of them talk about this girl in the book, Kody also says on season 1 that he "hadn't courted" since Christine! It was the 17 year old, it wasn't that Christine "didn't like" her, it was that Kody was flirting with Christine, Christine had a crush on him, thought they may get together, then "Nachogate" happened, Kody started courting the 17 year old, Christine was heartbroken because he basically picked this girl over her so she gave up on Kody, remember she wanted to be wife #3. Some time passes, this girl breaks up with Kody, she didn't want to marry him. Kody, being all butt hurt that this girl broke up with him, hits up Christine and they get engaged. No way this girl "changes her mind" and decided she wanted Kody and NO ONE mentions that in their book or at any other point.
Lol great analysis on Rob's "pissy face" permafrown because they weren't getting paid extra for the talk backs, I bet that's exactly why, she's acting like Nelly from Little House On The Prarie.

Last year Kody and Robyn created a new llc dasbark so I wonder if they created a contract for their kids as well to get paid. This is why we saw them more this season ( with blah story lines) that way they are generating revenue to make up for money they lost when the women left.? Just a thought?
I wouldn't be surprised if they did. They have to get the money from somewhere now the OG 3 wives are no longer contributing financially to the family. But they haven't been on the show that much to really make any money..

I'll admit, I feel a tad guilty for being entertained when I watch this program, because I realize we may be witnessing the unraveling of a man right before our eyes. I almost expect that if Kody owned a typewriter, we might discover a ream of paper with nothing but "All work and no play makes Kody a dull boy" typed on every page.
Trust me, I have the same battle with this channel! Which is why I have the disclaimer about Robyn MAYBE having a panic attack in there. I do not want to make fun of mental health at all. But I'm also upset if she is using mental health issues as a fake platform for sympathy.

We have witnessed Robyn's fake tears and manipulations, so we are naturally cynical that she may also fake panic attacks as well for pity. Do you know what my first thought was when she didn't want to watch the porch scene? She knows, that in that scene Christine clearly stated that it was the adults she didn't want to be around. But we all know that Robyn told her kids that Christine had said she didn't want to be around ANY of them. I think she was afraid that part of the clip might be shown again, and she might have to explain herself.
I agree. I struggle with it and feel a bit sick every time Robyn has a melt down. Even though she has obviously caused a lot of the drama, I do feel like I'm witnessing a mental breakdown first hand. I don't feel any sympathy for K at all because I think he's a despicable human being who cares about no-one but himself. I still have a worry that Robyn can only be this miserable if there is some kind of coercive control going on at all times. If you look at footage of her when they first met, she was so carefree and happy. She didn't look like someone who had escaped an abusive marriage. Now though...the misery just drips off her. I also worry a lot about the children. I hope TLC pays for some top notch therapy for all of them...but I doubt it.
It all does feel like watching an incredibly slow car crash that you just can't tear your eyes away from, even though you know you should!

I go around saying that Robyn has a fourth grade education but now I am wondering about the level of Kody's math education. I am an old homeschooler and it's been a decade or two since I sat there with my second grader doing math...but I think when he was doing his CP parcel math...I think a third grader would do better than him. But maybe a second grader would need to work at it? Maybe he has a first grade level in math?

Imagine him stomping his foot and saying “we’re not working anymore and I don’t want to talk about it anymore.” I’m pretty sure he goes on to answer more questions too. Which would negate the “I’m done working for the day” scenario. But who knows with this clown. I’m not sure he even knows what’s coming out of his mouth anymore.

Which had to be terrifying for the kids, probably thinking they were next. He blamed 'the bed' and that he was mad at IT for almost hurting his kids. Protecting is his go-to defense for raging. COVID, he was scared of catching it and he's mad at his family for being a threat so he blows his top because he's protecting his little kids. Over and over.

I like these analyses because it helps improve our behavior toward other people. How to avoid manipulation of others and how to consider their feelings. Going on a wild rampage of random criticisms isn't helpful to anyone. I've seen Robyn's jawline/profile ridiculed, Kody's hairline, Meri's hairstyles, it's just not kind or relevant. It's not the kind of people we should be. I know it's not that deep, but it's also not that constructive to pick apart someone's physical appearance. Time/age is kind to very few.
It's a joke because he's trying to hard to cover it up. If he wasn't so vain and would just accept his balding...he actually would be a good looking man. It used to be basic. Like watching paint dry. But in the best way. I could never turn away. Maybe because it was the only reality TV that was actually REAL. No false teeth, hair extension, lavish trips, etc. The women were real. And I related to that. Kody, on the other hand. Started off just like a bumbling buffoon and morphed over the years to this angry guy I do not recognize. Didn't like either Kody, but the immature overacting Kody was more palatable.
I really enjoy your videos. Last month Modern Law TH-cam channel talked about sister wives. I wish i could copy the link but i have not figured it out. It was very interesting. The lawyer is from AZ.
