This workout was siprisingly good! Dont´s get me wrong, but duet to the short duration and it being a no-weight, I Thought it would be just okay, but my arms was shaking . Thank you for the video
I wish she had said to use 1 lb weights before she started, instead of halfway through. I mistakenly did not watch the video all the way through before I did the workout, and started with 2 lb weights.

I don't know how I got here, but this is a load of gimmicky BS. Going for a long walk would be more beneficial than this.
