      블루핀은 비린내 없이 육회 같아요. 옐로핀은 기름이 있어 고소하고
      잘넘어가요. 전 돈이 없어 못먹죠...

      우리가 먹는 참치는100% 냉동만 먹는데 무슨소리 하시나요 생참치 그가격에 먹으면 안억울 하죠 우린 생참치가격에 썩은 냉동참치 먹고 있습니다 수십년전 동원에서 완전 똥값에 냉동참치 마음껏 먹게 판매한 이유를 생각 하세요

    참치에 대해 전혀 몰라서 그러는데 블루핀 과 엘로우핀 맛 차이가 많이 나나요? 가격은 어느정도 차이나는지 궁금 합니다..

      블루핀은 참다랑어고 엘로우핀은 황다랑어입니다. 가격차이도 많이나고 맛도 차이가 납니다. 당연히 참다랑어가 비싸고 맛도 좋습니다. 국내에서는 황다랑어 횟감으로 잘 쓰지않습니다.

    해체하는 과정까지는 열심히 빠져들었지만 해체 후 시식부터는 여성분 리액션 및 콧소리때문에 재생 중단 했네요.........

      어획지역의 위치랑
      어획당시의 판매시세랑 그때마다 달라서
      얼마다라고 정해져 있지는 않지만
      한우보단 비싼거는 맞고요
      내가 근무당시 최고가는
      Kg당 2000불(일본하역시 판매가 기준)
      훗가한적도 있어요
      최고로 비싼늠은 흑해 홈마구로 이고
      그다음이 위도(남위던 북위던) 40도
      이상에서 잡힌늠들이죠
      하루에 500Kg잡을때도 있는데
      한마리에 배의 전선원(대략28~30 여명)이 매달리는겁니다
      실수는 인사사고와 직결될수도 있고
      며칠 수입금이 손해볼수도 있어
      선장이하 모두 초긴장상태로
      작업에 임한답니다
      제일 싼것은 연근해에서 잡히는
      통조림용 참치들 =일명 가쓰오 라고 불리는 가다랑어종류들=
      배에서는 참치 한마리 처리하는데
      20~30초미만에 끝나요
      숙달된 처리사면 15초전후면
      처리완료되고 냉동고에 넣는답니다
      살아있는늠은 죽이고
      꼬리지느러미 자를때
      절대주의 해야함
      실수하면 칼이 사람을 다치게할수도 있고
      목숨이나 팔다리가 부러질수도 있음
      나의 처리시간 기록은 13.7 초
      죽여놓고 시~~~작해 임

      맛있는 부위는 아무때나 먹어도 맛있지만 공복에 아무것도 안먹은 상태에서 먹어야 진짜 1부터10까지
      다 맛을 느낄수있는거같음
      개인적으로 빈속에 등산갔다가
      하산하고 슈퍼에서 사먹은 두유맛을 잊을수가 없습니다

      갈비 사이에있는 갈비살입니다. 일본에서는 구경하는 사람들에게 나누어주기도하고 촬영한 매장에서는 잡는날 참치를 드시면 주시는 걸로 알고있습니다.
