      Of course I had to pause to read the comment, and it is 100% possible to have that reaction. I learned the hard way to plan on staying home for at least one hour after drinking the celery juice. I tell everyone I recommend it to to do the same. The first time I drank it was on the way home from the juice store, it was a very long and harrowing ten minute drive of intense “clenching”. Luckily I made it to the Loo. This gets better then goes away after a few weeks when your body adjusts.

    In order to experience benefits of drinking celery juice, you should do it for much longer than 7 days. The detox symptoms can be bad (headache, skin breakouts etc) but it’s something you need to get through and that’s the whole point of it. for what its worth,
    I use a combination of cucumbers and celery (8-10 cucumbers + 3 heads of celery), enough to fill an entire gallon-sized jug, which I keep in my refrigerator. It cuts down on both the cost (cucumbers give a much higher yield) and the work (juicing once a week instead of every day).
    Also, I've noticed that letting the final brew mellow in the refrigerator overnight before consuming cuts down on "stomach problems" to a very great extent. Be sure to give the jug a good shake before consuming, as it has a tendency to separate.
    Best of luck,

Or, I keep cut fruits/veggies in a container for a quick grab. Blackberries are really good and really don’t raise your glycemic levels much at all. Lemon in you water helps turn off the hunger. Avocado is a compact fruit. Cut around, remove the seed/pit, take a spoon and enjoy. Avocado has helped me a ton with my weight loss. Especially to break a fast. Dr. Mindy Pelz does a lot of fasting and food education, love her, even if you aren’t a faster. But, nuts in small amounts are good for a snack too. Im not keen on eating celery and actually tastes totally different as a juice. You don’t have the stringy texture to cope with. It takes a while to get used to and you have to slow juice it so the pulp is extracted. I’ve been doing most days for 3 years now along with lemon juice starter as per medical medium protocol and I completely reversed hypothyroidism which my dr said I would need lifetime medication for so it’s worth trying for any issues. I look for lighter coloured celery as it has a milder taste than dark green. It’s a lot to do with the quantity too so you won’t get the same benefits eating the celery. Get medical medium cleanse to heal book as there is something in there for everything. I definitely think majority of problems stem from the gut and the toxins we absorb into our bodies and this helps flush them out.

    one good inch of fresh ginger, one or two garlic, one quarter
    Lemon with skin on. One Tab. Turmeric and pepper. Been
    doing this for over twenty years and have had no colds or flus.

    • @Enoch-Root
      @Enoch-Root 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They don't need to debunk him, the burden of evidence is on him.
      Celery is certainly not "the greatest healer on Earth" whatever that might mean.
      There's no debating that celery is healthy though. But going from celery is healthy, to claiming all the benefits is not easily justified.
      Without suitable control groups, double blinding, randomization, statistical analysis and more any claims of benefits are unfortunately unsupported.
      It'd be great to have reliable data about it. But none is presented in this video unfortunately.

I'm now in my 50's and if I do it about twice a week I am able to stay within normal ranges for BP, LDL/HDL and glucose. It's a far cry from where I was in my 40's. Quitting alcohol also made a huge difference in my health.

    My Husband was diagnosed with cancer so I started juicing for him. Celery, spinach, cucumber, zucchini, ginger and green apple. I could only get him to drink 1 per day. So, i started drinking the leftover. It became a habit. I sold our $400 juicer...now Im like, why I do that??? For reference I had a breville, the top model, it was a beast! You have to put it in the dishwasher everyday, top shelf. Put a plastic grocery bag to gather the pulp for easy cleanup. I think it made a difference.
