Today I’m going to share what would happen if you consume celery or celery juice every day. There are so many amazing foods that create cool effects on the body, and celery is one of them.
One stalk of celery is only about 20 calories. It’s 95% water, but the 5% of nutrients can create some really amazing effects on your health.
Be sure always to consume organic celery, and if you put peanut butter on it, use organic peanut butter. You can even have celery juice while fasting.
    Benefits of celery:
    • It relaxes the smooth muscles
    • It can help lower blood pressure
    • It can help with asthma and bronchitis
    • It can help decrease muscle spasms
    • It can help improve sleep
    • It can help decrease anxiety
    • It can decrease your risk of kidney stones
    • It can help dissolve kidney stones
    • It can help dissolve uric acid crystals (gout)
    • It helps with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis
    • It helps with pain relief
    • It can help decrease your risk of stroke
    • It can help with the recovery from a stroke
    • It can help decrease blood sugars
    • It can help decrease inflammation
    • It can help increase neurogenesis
    • It can help improve eye strain
    • It can help improve blurred vision
    • It can help protect the liver
    • It can help increase bile flow
    • It’s antibacterial and antiviral
    • It has an alkalizing effect
    • It helps balance your fluids (it helps with fluid retention, edema, and hydration)

I’ve drank 24oz of celery juice for the past 3 years. First thing in the morning 16oz of lemon water (water and half squeezed lemon) the 20min later 24oz of celery juice (1 bunch of celery) after. No more anxiety, no more brain fog!, no more acne, no more heart palpitations, my short PR interval is gone, no more fibroid, my gums are healed, no more dry skin, and no more gallbladder issues. I also omitted gluten, all dairy, eggs, and only eat grass-fed beef every other week. Medical Medium!!

So I started juicing with celery, carrots and apples. Going on 2 weeks now and the difference is astonishing. I haven't attempted juicing celery alone. I have been sleeping straight through the night and wake up full of energy. This is coming from smoking half a pack of menthol cigs a day. Quit cold turkey and juicing has helped tremendously.

Celery is so underated......all you've discussed are true based on my personal experienced. I'm having all kind of serious health issues lately and most of them I believed are related to inflammation. I had pancreatitis 3 mos ago and underwent ERCP. It took 2-weeks before I was scheduled for an ERCP back then. That 2 weeks I have to endure for the ERCP procedure to be performed, pancreatitis had already started to cause complications in my liver and pancreas and I was in pain all the time. I developed hypoglycemia and I'm having all kinds of digestive issues. I thought that was it for me. I was thankfull the procedure went well (thanks to my long time GI Doctor). They put a stent to open up the bile duct that leads to my stomach. After the procedure, the pain was gone and I'm back to normal after a few days but my problem w/ hypoglycemia continues and all sort of pain in my body including asthma. To make the story short.....I started drinking organic celery juice (4-stalks) every day mixed with organic green apple and half size organic lemon (rind included) every morning 10 min before breakfast. After only 4 or 5 days of drinking the juice, I'm already getting positive results. Pain in my joints, digestive issues are gone, hypoglycemia is in checked, it hasn't occured since I started drinking the juice, and with changed in my diet. Just vegetable salad for dinner everyday and it worked for me. Also, I do away with processed food. Incorporate a lot of raw food or fresh vegetables in your diet and it can be done. I also believe in the power of prayer and be positive in life, you will have a stress free and healthy life. Peace & God Bless.

READ AYURVEDIC from india ; Don't ignore INDIA as a 3rd world country ; for plant base diet and knowledge , india is a leading country ! 85% of indian population is vegetarian but cardiac and renal diseases are 30% lesser than europe and 40% lower than USA.

    • @Mr.Sr.Jr.
      @Mr.Sr.Jr. 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@@skylark304 the fact that Indiana has lower rates of renal disease is not necessarily 100% linked to a vegetarian diet. Don't get me wrong it obviously has health benefits but the fact that India is poor in general means there are a lot of vices that they cannot afford that Americans can and many of these vices like sugar alcohol tobacco gas powered machinery and all the other benefits of industry are contributing factors to many diseases not to mention the toll that stress can take on the body and obviously in a fast-paced capitalist society there's going to be more stress than in a society where things are far simpler.

When my doctor told me I would need to take medication to control my blood pressure, I told him absolutely not and began researching how to lower blood pressure naturally. Low and behold, I found celery as the answer. I started juicing the entire bunch and took it down first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. In less than a week, my Blood pressure was lowered and went to normal. Went back to my doctor for a check up and got a clean bill of health. I kept taking this for at least 2 months to make sure the effect was long lasting. Have never had a problem since.

I very much enjoy celery and celery juiced with a small lime as the first thing in the morning. Could try to grow my own celery too. Im not that good at gardening, but the celery base cut off and planted on a small pot of soil does very well to grow some pretty green celery leaves on thin stalks. Quite bitter though gives confidence one could grow them from seed.

    • @JKSinTO
      @JKSinTO 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

However, I am strong believer of let food be thy medicine, for which I work very hard everyday to consume foods like celery, sleep right, exercise and be happy to avoid medication. Unfortunately, our current system needs more education than medication. It is very easy to pop a pill but it requires effort to live right. Thank you for the helpful video. I'm so glad you mentioned about Wikipedia and where it gets it's source. Thought you may be interest to know that actually Chinese medicine uses food as nutrients for the body. Eg some food has cooling or heating effect. Celery for example has a cooling effect and is very good for body showing signs of being in overheat, like when we have ulcers, but is not encouraged during period as the body at the time is in a cool state and requires food that will replenish iron and heat, eg red dates, ginger and goji berries. I will def try more celery in my diet. Look forward to your next video 😊

This makes me so happy! I absolutely love celery, eat it every day, favorite is with hummus or almond butter. I always buy organic. I had no idea it was so healthy, thought it was just mainly water. Thanks Dr. Berg, you're the best!!!

I include celery in my salads but I didn’t know that drinking at will help you with muscle spams. I am going to try it now. Thanks Dr Berg 👍😍

Wonderful you have enjoyed the powder. I would highly recommend ditching the powder and juicing fresh organic celery. Adding nothing to it. 16+oz. The life changing benefits you will see from this juice will blow you away.

Could you please tell me how you make it how much you drink I’m trying to get off lisinopril been on 20 yrs

@@peacefinder9860you can juice celery and mix it with cucumber or one apple. If you don’t have a juicer machine , a blender machine will do. Throw in four organic celery in the blender and put at least one glass of water. Sky is the limit. You can blend celery with cucumber, apple, lemon, ripe papaya, spinach, kale , pineapple, etc. or just plain celery. Easy on spinach, though. I forgot, it’s high on oxalates.
There are lots of ways to lower HBP naturally. One clove of garlic with squeeze half lemon/lime and 1/4 tsp. Of ginger powder. Pour hot water and sip it throughout the day. I use about one bottle boiled water and I put it in my thermos.
Beets roots/powder, hawthorn tea, hibiscus tea, celery seeds, walking, excersice, cut down your sugar and carbs, a pinch of ocean salt in your water, nattokinase, lemon water, body tapping, squatting, message behind your ear, dry scrubbing your whole body for good circulation, tapping lightly the very top of your head (center part) for three minutes.
Good luck. It’s not a rocket science.
      You can do it.

My daughter and I just started drinking celery juice about a week ago and already we feel a huge difference! More relaxed, more energy and I can totally tell it lowers blood pressure..I love celery, so I don't mind the taste. My daughter doesn't like celery but she quickly drinks the juice and she's just fine...
