Perfect timing. Had been feeling a lot of heaviness/stuckness this morning - the mind's resistance to these feelings can be so subtle so these reminders are great. Going to take some time now to allow, breathe into the feeling, then run some empowering affirmations and hit the gym. Thanks man :)
Two points: would love to hear more about the technique to move energy while meditating. And - I would be careful with recommending LSD - even if it’s Microdosing. I tried it - it crashed me - anxiety, sleep problems etc…
How much LSD did you take in that case? Was it 'non psychedelic', 'non hallucinogenic', 'non high' - I dont relember the word for it... psycholytic? If so, could you elaborate a little on what effects you experienced? Also, would you say you could've achieved the same result with another substance? Low dose THC, low dose psilocybin, low dose MDMA, low dose ketamine? It'd be interesting to see the differences since all substances are not made equal regarding risks. Cheers!
May sound weird but coffee enemas really move energy for me and paradoxically calm me down. So I don't need to conscious of what the resistance is? Just be aware of the sensation of resistance which for me feels like frustration. I am getting much better at being with what is, however crappy I might feel.
@benhadlett5445 hmm good question. I used a joe dispenza technique from his book super natural but then just came up with my own method. Basically I focus on the lowest energy centre/ the perineum and then feel energy there and move it up the body to just above the head and the feel it there. After some practice you can feel some intense energy moving and a lot of "blockages" and areas of tension cleared in me
@life.withkyle thanks. As soon as I meditate I can feel energy flowing intensly through my head and don't seem to be in much control of what is happening.
Hey Kyle, how do you balance sitting and feeling into the symptoms and trying to live life without thinking about symptoms 24/7? I’m at a place where cognitive symptoms are always present at some level. I guess it would be important to shift focus away and onto other things but how can I balance this with feeling into the body like you suggest? I don’t want the shift of focus to be interpreted as avoiding. But keeping my attention on symptoms won’t shift me out of this hypersensitive state. Appreciate all you do🙏
