      I also cried halfway through this. It was so unexpected but I realized it was a cry of relief as I was breathing out the stress and hardships. It was a happy cry not a sad cry. Something I haven’t had in a while. ☮️❤

    When I was on that mountain top, I just started crying because I just felt this accomplishment and power in me that I needed. It was a happy cry. I've never cried during a meditation ❤

    Man, that was beautiful. As I came back to the present I visualized a beautiful blue crystal with a small glare that opened with stars behind it. What a crazy good feeling. Thanks for this

    Before listening to this I was so sad and couldn't get myself together on my own meditation. So I opened up YT and here you was.     The first time I did this meditation (a year ago) I was met with the White Dragon, every time I did this meditation in the upcoming months the White Dragon taught me light energy, I would clear out a rainy stormy day with generated light and with this I figured I can use this light energy to heal myself, balancing chakras, take away physical pain etc. For months I haven't really been meditating and I started to feel anxious and sort of depressed in my life, I did the meditation now and immediately I started to feel love in my heart and saw myself shining on mountain top. I know I am loved and I have the power to create my reality. Thank you so much for this. Namaste

    My eyes were shut and I was focused for these past 16 minutes, i was seriously in deep peace with myself. i opened my eyes as this video ended and was almost scared of how at peace I was. Definitely a out of body experience. Thank u 💕🤷🏽‍♀️

    I was just on a mountain top today at Big Sky. The visualization was more powerful than the sight itself. Tears might have been present.

    This is so insightful.
    I was on the mountaintop, clouds just at my feet. First thing I imagined was a dragon flying around me. Expressing happiness, gratitude, excitement, accomplishment. He was happy for me. This is so accurate - I have dragon as my protector 😁😁😁

    Wow my entire body whisked like energy in a torrent. Honestly didn’t think after years without meditation I could reach that stage
    No visuals just yet but the body feeling was so grand and overwhelming, yet joyful. I forget how far you can go into the mind. One day I hope to reach ego death with just the mind alone

    This meditation came to me at the very right time...I am hyper sensitive person and something happened yesterday and I was so emotionally low since then... Thank you so much for this ....❤❤... I can't explain what i am feeling now but I am feeling much better than yesterday.... I will continue practicing this meditation ....🙏🤍

    When u said surround yourself with light of love i felt the presence of my father hold my hands as i called upon him and knew it was him. It was nice to see him again.
    Just before the mountain top i heard a female voice (fairy) i saw a pheniox fly into my hands and asked me if she could use some of my power i said yes then,When i was at the mountain top i saw all gold. The voice in my head said do not focus on greed focus on nature and the beauty of being here. I dived into a bed of water surrounding a mountain. And as u said rise to the top of the mountain i flew to the sky. The voice in my head said the source of my power is my breathe and the water we are made of.
    Very powerful experience.

    I have always struggled with anger , resentments, and unforgiveness. I have been working on it with a therapist and 12 step sponsor, and it is getting better. I was told that resentments only hurt you, not the wrongdoers. I had to write down my resentments and how they affected me to see the damage to motivate me to let go. I also had to write down my part in the resentments so I could see where i was in the wrong, make amends, change behaviors, build my character and reconcile relationships if appropriate. Obviously there are some situations you don't play a part like if you were abused. I really get into psychology and human behavior so I like to understand why people act how they do for example mental illness. It helps to have compassion on them and to wish them well. This is NOT justifying or condoning it just helps to understand, have compassion, and wish them well. Its also not good to get revenge, not only because of consequence but they will get their karma and there will be justice. If it motivates them to change and make amends be happy for them.

    This was relaxing and a nice mindfulness exercise, thank you! I'm using videos like this and mindfulness book like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels. Mindfulness is such an important thing in my life.

    Hope and clarity... I am steady and natural. We try to get as close as we can to the present moment. Present tense. Stay here in this present moment. Close your eyes and visualize... What do you see? I see dark matter, darkness. Not much else. I see the aurora borealis vaguely in my imagination when my eyes are closed. I don't tend to see things that aren't there. It's pixelated darkness! Deadness... I love myself even in this darkness...
