This is the first time I have done yoga with you. It's a good flow. Although it's a bit confusing when you start with the left side when we're doing lunges. Most instructors start with the right side. Other than that, I enjoyed myself. Your voice is very pleasant to listen to.
Please label videos fast pace or not for beginners. Beginners need to go at a slower pace and fund the correct form. Can't do that when you're only holding poses for 2 seconds and going into the next.
