I am 68 y/o and this is the most effective yoga for me. I can combine your videos for a longer session, or repeat it, or space out videos whenever my scedule allows. Doing yoga off and on since high school. Different classes and videos thru the years, but your style is the best - I enjoy it so much, and my mind and body feels so good. Answered prayer to my needs!
Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

I started doing this video in the morning everyday and in one week my back pain and stiffness has reduced a lot! I dont even remember the last time i woke up with back pain (i do think consistency is the key to achieve this)

If you are not a Hindu i want to let you know that purpose of yoga in hinduism is to understand the knowledge of body,mind and consciousness(soul) and all 3 are different and distinct from each other,in today world people associate themself as body and mind but that is wrong you are neither body nor mind you are pure consciousness (Atman)which is small part of infinite consciousness (Brahman) and you can remerge with brahman only when you know yourself and gain true knowledge(gyaana).this state of merging is known as samadhi and its a state of unmeasurable pleasure,joy,peace,loveand bliss which your true state that is why humans are always searching for pleasure in their every action to eat,to sleep ,to do work,to love everything ,everyaction and everythought of humans sole and ultimate goal is pleasure but that pleasure is temporary of this material world which always changes

This felt amazing! I get a really stiff back and shoulders from riding horses all day and this released it all 🥰
I ride as well and find the same problem when I am intensely working my horses during competition season
