I think with a little planning and expenditures, you could enclose the veranda and matching space below, gaining enormous practical space protected from the weather. Enclose a stairwell at the uphill end, so that you can get from top to bottom without going outside. Lots of windows, lots of plants, like a solarium.
In my opinion, this is a fantastic getaway place to own. The trees themselves are worth the price. The home needs the cantina turned into more room but it's not something that needs to be done right away. I do wonder if the tractor comes with the house? Also, how do you take care of the olive trees? Do they have people who come in to work the trees? The view is just perfect. I have pets and they would love the open spaces this place offers.
The surrounding hills remind me of where I was raised and eventually retuned to care for my mother. No wonder my grandparents moved from Sicily to California. ❤️
Been watching your videos for a while. This is the first time I've fallen in love with a property. For me it's perfect as is. However sadly I'm too old so I shall continue to watch and enjoy.
Ciao Fiorella and Aden, Bellissimo, the views are amazing. I love this house as well; one bedroom is good enough for me it's just me and my boyfriend. I suppose I should have two just in case family wants to visit. The garden area once cleared has a lot to offer. I already have ideas on what I would do. Thanks so much for sharing. Tanto amore da N.Y.
I watch a few TH-camrs promoting properties in Italy. I just saw a lady make the worst video regarding a mountain house in Equi Terme. You two always promote the property in its best light with realistic possibilities, great footage & explanations. ❤🎉 to my favourites.
Great find! I like that the first floor is livable as is. I'd connect the first floor with the ground floor internally creating a second living area and a grand master suite with ensuite bathroom.
Wonderful property with lots of potential. Those views are magnificet despite the electric wires. Think it's pricey given all of the work that needs to be done. Also, water supply is of concern.
Great home offer! 😊 I would probably choose to make it 2 individual living areas (upstairs and downstairs)... so the bottom could be 'let out' if the area attracts tourists or renters, or if not, live upstairs in winter and downstairs in summer (?). I imagine that as the house is in the countryside (not in a township) and is a more recent build, there are a lot less rules in place around renovations, than you'd find in historical or town districts (?). Love this place and the possibilities for gardening and learning the ways of 🫒 olive keepers!!❤
This is a very nice setting, stone structure and land. You will need some equipment to maintain the land. While livable I’d want to bring the rustic beauty of the outside inside. Needs charm and warmth brought in. I do love the countryside views. Beautiful. ❤
Party room downstairs, living above, and gave the acreage: but you did not give the property boundries , only that the olives are "over there". Can you provide the boundry information please. This is totally private, and a very nice place.
Love your videos! This property is awesome. One question though. Is there a threat of wild animals that one should be aware of in this area? I have two small dogs.
Most likely you would want to fence a given perimeter even if there's no threat to stop them from going onto land that's not yours. There are wild boars all over Italy
Nice area, but frankly really overpriced.... A lot of job to do down to make it livable, and very small or badly designed upstairs, have to be re thought🙄 Honnestly the fairly price, also considering the region and the distance from the sea (1h) should be around 50 000 euros, even having a large land and trees, secondo me, certo non secondo il venditore😊 I'm looking a lot in Abruzzo, Molise, Frosinone, Viterbo country side, let's say, all the south, even Sicily, in order to make me a good idea of prices...
Perhaps I misunderstood, but does this property have a deeded right to that private road? If not, then you are at the whim of whomever owns it and they could revoke your ability to access the property.
I like it just the way it is. Perfect for me and the dog.
Has tons of potential.

UN-BE-LIEVA-BLY GORGEOUS VIEW!!!
Lovely! So Much Potential. 😊

Absolutely beautiful! The views are spectacular! The home has so much potential! And the almond and olive trees just make it perfect ❤

Gorgeous property with so much potential
Beautiful neighborhood and a house with potential
The bedspread & pillows!❤❤

Thank you! The property is absolutely beautiful.
Prego
Would it be possible to have internal stairs to the lower level, for extra bedrooms & bathroom with laundry?
Thinking the same
Great home offer! 😊

Very pretty and private. ♥️
This is such a nice property!
Early nice home
Beautiful, great potential. Pity about those electricity poles polluting the view (you see that very often in Italy)

marvelous
Loved today’s video, I would like to see more of these properties if you find more, thank you from Perth Western Australia 🌻
Everything okay just needs a lot of work to be done and there no jobs . Thank you for sharing
Are the electric poles on the private property, and if so, is it possible to demand that they be moved outside the lot?
This is fantastic. Take my money.
Is there a reamtor link or update on availability?

My sentiments too. 50k and no more
I would prefer solar and to dig a well if possible. Not a fan of power lines
