Nothing better than waking up to you three beautiful people on Sunday mornings! Luce is such a precious child. Thank you for showing us the beautiful houses for sale. If only we were 20 years younger.
It is good you are feeling better Sara. And Luce too. It may take more time for you Sara to get your energy back, but you will. And Luca, you seem well and strong again after your surgery. I thank God for everyone's recovery. 😊 I really love the first house and would happily buy it. If I was able to move from Liguria to Sicilia at this point in my life, I would do it. But I think I am too old now to make another huge move, and to renovate another house. I'm not saying I wouldn't love to do it, I'm saying I can't do it alone. Life has its seasons and you both are in a good one. Try to remember that on the hard days. Bless you all. I send you my love. 😘💜
Luce is so well behaved and sweet. She’s got a great disposition and is as charming as her parents. It’s wonderful to see you all thrive through your ups and downs.
Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to show the three lovely houses. One of the major advantages of any of these homes would be to have you as neighbors. If I were younger I would not hesitate to buy one, but I have to be realistic at my age and can only dream of it. I was born in Italy but we moved to the States when I was 7 years old. I have missed it ever since although I was able to return and live there for 3 years as a younger person. Through your lovely videos, I am at least still able to virtually visit Italy again, so thank you for that. My best wishes for you in all your endeavors. Un abbraccio, Enrico da Israele
How fun!!! You guys should be realtors! It is so nice of you to show these homes to potential buyers from all over the world. If I were in the market for a home in Italy, this would be a wonderful way to shop for it. I’m so glad that y’all are doing well. You are in my prayers daily 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
I am so thrilled that Luca looks well & by the grace of God is recovering! I thought it was so interesting that the first two houses they showed had a picture of Saint Padre Pio in them both ..it was a subtle confirmation for me, as I was praying for Padre Pio's intersession to God & Jesus for Luca's complete healing and recovery. 😘💞💓🙏It is so gratifying to see the whole family, Luca, Sara & Luce looking so healthy and happy again!!! .💖
Luce is truly light. She just brightens my day with her sweet expressions and her lovely smiles. The houses you showed are all beautiful and in great condition making their prices so affordable. In my humble opinion easier to invest in than a one euro home that I will have to renovate.
Thank you for showing us those typical Sicilian houses. For anyone young (fit) starting out and with vision they would make wonderful homes. The potential for each of them to be updated yet keep some traditional character was evident in all. I particularly liked the tiled floor in the first property.
The facade was very beautiful on the first house as well. But all those stairs! Mama Mia! 😂 Maybe there are some beautiful traditional house with less stairs and perhaps a garden?
Obviously you failed to research this scam all over Italy. Massive unemployment, most young leave for other countries. You also can't simply buy and become a citizen, more immigration rules for LEGAL immigration, non for illegals. Mafia, is still massive and so is the govt task force against it which is corrupted like USA FBI. Many regulations and you don't have forever to meet those demands.
@@lfuentes4098 You will need to be outside the town in a more rural area to find that kind of house in Italy. Those homes in town will be rare and more expensive.
Thank you for the wonderful tour of those grand Sicilian homes. Good to see Luca looking so well. Little Luce continues to put a smile on my face, especially when she was cooking!
It was lovely seeing all the floors and views. Most of all, Luce is such a delight to see each week. Her smiles and things she loves to do brings joy to my heart and many others here. Looks as if everyone is feeling much better. Hope so.
I have been dreaming of buying a house in Sicily I think for over 10 years now. Over the years I've looked at a lot of real estate websites with these houses and even pictured myself restoring one of them. But I guess I never had enough courage to do this step, and for some time now I quit this idea, but your videos brought me back to thinking maybe after all I should find the courage to make this step. Anyway thank you so much for your great tour of these beautiful houses, this is the first time I have seen such a detailed tour of the Sicilian houses ❤
My husband and I are now considering Sicily rather than Abruzzo. I hope to get a home soon and then I would like to invite everyone to come! Not at once LOL. Especially if you can’t afford it. I have lived in Switzerland and loved Europe. I would like to return the favor one day to all those who dream of Italy! Tammy from Myrtle Beach
hi Tamy, would love to take you up on this offer. My husband and i spend our weekends daydreaming about moving to sicily, and just don't know how to proceed and who to contact for property details. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I happened to see a negative comment on Lucas health. It's really sad that people have to say such hurtful things. Please disregard these comments. Have a wonderful day! 😀❤
Great to see you all looking well again, especially you Sara. You certainly took a battering with feeling ill yourself - not sleeping because little Luce was ill and crying - and on top of that studing for your exams. Last week you still looked terribly tired but now you look as fresh as a rose. 🌹
Your daughter stoled the show completely today❤She was the best of the best 😊I hope you’re doing well and that Luca is healing up well after the operation ❤❤
It looks like you are feeling better now, Sarah and Luce and Luca too! Thanks for showing us three old Sicilian houses. The prices are stunning, do you think that you could live there even without renovating (apart from painting the walls etc..), everything works (water, electricy, heating and all the toilets)? I want to leave Germany because I don't feel at home here anymore but I just have enough money to be able to afford a house at this price. I'm not young, but the stairs of these houses don't scare me. When I see the old furniture and the fact that the former residents often spent most of their time in one room, the kitchen (sometimes with a bed), I guess that older people lived there who probably died or went into a retirement/nursing home and had no descendants who were interested in the house. This is very sad but it would be even sadder if these houses stood empty and fell into disrepair. Grazie mille di averci mostrato queste case siciliane! As a single woman I'm just a bit scared to take this step without help, but... nothing ventured, nothing gained. By the way, do you still have your other house in Northern Italy which is also beautiful? But I have the impression that you feel very comfortable in Sicily.
Thank you for the house tour. Those views are amazing! I've been to Italy just enough to imagine the feel of the place looking out those windows. Anyone living in these homes would be super fit from carrying groceries up to the top floor, then down again to eat, and climbing stairs between all the rooms.
Stairs plus walking everywhere keeps them healthy. Overweight Americans sit in cars or on recliners. Got a wake up call visiting Sienna when a stout, diminutive elderly lady burdened with several full bags climbed the steep hill like a goat. My wife & I couldn't keep up. 😧
I can't believe how cheap houses are there in Sicily compared with Australia, just amazing, even though they all need a bit of work, they are just lovely. Hope you're feeling much better Sara xxx
Sadly it's a problem that affects a lot of the small towns and villages in southern Italy. The whole area is basically slowly being abandoned by young people due to lack of decent jobs and opportunities. This is why the prices of houses is sometimes so low. The historical center of Venice, Milan, Rome, Florence is just another story.
And with aging population ( & esp the zero population growth of Italy ) such properties have a VERY limited target demographic . All those floors would be difficult to sell to anyone elderly or infirm or even a young growing family . Very sad to see this situation . The luxury of choice of space privacy and land to build an easy floor plan to accommodate getting old and dependent on others doesn’t exist in these little Italian villages so supply outstrips demand for these cheap places . Hopefully w the IT /working from home trend more young ppl will be attracted to live in these beautiful villages & they will regenerate in time .
@@xohealthy In Florence, Venice, Rome, Milan center... the housing cost skyrocketed in later years. Comletely different from the vast rural towns and villages of Calabria, Campania and Sicily.
Wow! It is amazing how good the conditions of these houses are! At these prices! The first is my fav, but the second has the beautiful kitchen with the 360° view. 😍
Bonjourno beautiful people! What a terrific tour of your lovely region of Italy. I lived in Italy for 3 months and it was so fun. HOWEVER, I'm still mystified as to why the Italian gov't is making it so difficult to get resident permits! They just rolled out the digital nomad visa and yet again, there are so many "catches"...there's not one resident permit (or immigration expert) that works for me. I've gone through many attorneys, consultants, etc. and wasted tons of "consulting fee" $$, and no key questions answered. Ah, Italy. I just threw up my hands and said, maybe I'll just visit again one day.

Wonderful to see that all 3 of you are feeling better! The beautiful weather will help restore your energy and well-being ☀️. Congratulations on reaching 250,000 subscribers!! You deserve it- and more! I very much enjoyed the property tours and could see potential in each. The top floor on the second one would be an amazing space with new windows and a reno. Incredible views and fantastic air flow. I would never want to leave! I love the way the homes are connected to the beautiful land and the sense of history and community. Also the sounds of the birds. Luce is the sweetest, most adorable little girl! She looked really cute with her hair pulled up on top of her head... her hair is really growing! Your little family is in my heart. ❤❤❤
If I were younger I would take house #1. Thank you for showing us these properties. So glad to see that Luca is lifting Luce which means he is recovering. Love you guys.
This is a fantastic addition to all the fun adventures you already share! I love to dream of you visiting these places over the years, and interviewing the people who buy them because of you. It would be fun to see their transformations. Well done!❤
Our dear Luca, Sara, and adorable baby Luce. Thank you for sharing with us those beautiful houses, l fell in love with the first one, lm sure all of them will be sold, for young people, who has energy and willing to spend money for the remodeling. We wish you Health and Happiness.❤️🙏🎈
Thank you for highlighting the availability of homes in Sicily. Of the three, I see the most potential in number 3. However, it needs the most work too.
Loved this weeks video, you all look well,I hope you are getting stronger and wishing you all good health.Little Luce was the star of the show she makes me smile.Shes so cleaver, loved the beautiful views looking 👀 forward to next Sunday.Sending love 🥰 and healing vibes from my family to yours love Jacki from London xx
These was such an education, so interesting to see these properties. Have been renting for the past 10 years, a very similar old town house which has been partially renovated in Mallorca Spain. We also suffer with some humidity from the thick stone walls. But you explaining that the fluffy white stuff, that comes out from the walls in places is due to the salt content in the old plastering products, made sense as we always wondered what it was, as it's definitely not mold. Thank you for explaining 😊🇮🇹🏘️🇪🇸
Loving the views with those homes. Luce is such a sweetie pie, she makes me smile and each smile melts my heart. What a treasure she is.......all children are such a gift of life. Those homes are amazing. I am wondering how many hundreds of years old they are. The way they thought to put them together and all the spaces they used are amazing to me. Congratulations on your subscribers count. How wonderful and you so deserve it. You make us feel as part of the family and your sincerity shines through. I Love that you show the good and the real with us. God bless you all and have a beautiful week. I hope those homes sell........I can see so much potential and the views are amazing. Best of luck!
Thank you, Luca and Sara and especially your very intelligent, absolutely lovable child, who speaks English and Italian at such an early age, for bringing the world on a house hunting tour in Sicily. Very enjoyable!
All very interesting houses, but the first house is my favourite! The stone on the outside, the lovely tiled floors, the details of the railings on the balconies, the street view of other lovely houses, big kitchen and lovely view at the top! ❤
This solidified my goal of purchasing a home in Sicily next year. Thank you so much for this. Please do more of these. Love, peace, and healing to you all.🤗💛
Thank you so much for taking us around these lovely houses. Can’t believe the prices, what amazing views they all have. Hope you are all starting to feel much better, plenty of rest and the sun, good tonic. Luce is just so adorable, so happy and chatty. ❤️xx
Great coverage guys and looking forward for more! Love the views, the silence and the bell too! Must say very tempting for someone who is minimalist, learning Italian and planning to retire in about 5 years. It would be great if you can share a bit on what is the requirement for Non-European to buy house in Sicily and estimated cost of house ownership - utilities and taxes and etc.
I like the divisions of the 3rd house… the 1st floor & 2nd floor can be bedrooms and the 3rd floor, once opened up, an open kitchen/living room (and bathroom) with stunning views! You get very different views from each floor! I also like #q, but it’s a bit harder to see how you can divide it so it has private bedrooms… but the tiles are beautiful and the views are lovely and I like the sense of being amongst other people… it felt a bit more alive! That top floor in the second house, I agree with Luca… change those windows and it’s perfect! Those prices were amazing!! Thank you for the tours… I loved this! Grazie familia!
Wow guys, thank you for sharing the houses with us. The more I see the more I wonder what I'm doing here. It's definitely helping me get motivated to get myself organized and relocate to Sicily. I loved all of the houses you showed, it's hard to believe just how little it costs. Thank you beautiful family.❤
What stunning houses. So elegant and spacious. Thank you for showing the hidden beauty of Italy. The old kitchen tiles you pointed to caught at my heart. I hope whoever has the good fortune to renovate this beautiful house keeps the gorgeous classic tiles as historic memories of those who lived and loved in this lovely home.❤
Thank you for the tour! Question though - the kitchen on the top floor seems inconvenient - is there a reason for that that I am not understanding? You'd have to carry everything up 3 or 4 floors!
One day, when I retire, you have convinced me I should buy a home in a beautiful Italian village. How relaxing it seems, especially the home with so much light. Of course there would be work to do on these homes but how lovely it would be to have such an oaisis. But the best part of your videos is always Luce. That girl is such a bright ray of sunshine! Her joyful nature can cheer anyone up. Such an angel.
All three of those homes would be great for a younger couple for sure. The view is fantastic! Those homes do need work but the cost is extremely reasonable, but then when you add the money that you would have to pay for repairs, it can be expensive; but for people that know what they're doing, those houses are a steal! My concern would be if there might be mold in any one of those houses, which is dangerous not only for the health of adults but for children especially.
Sara.I Pray you keep getting better Momma. And Luca iPray you keep getting better to Papa. And your Little Light I Pray she keeps being a blessing to you guys and to this Nonna Raquel.Love all of you.And I am So, So, So Proud of all of you..
I am loving 1 and 3! I have been to Italy 2x in the last 8 months but haven't made it to Sicely! Our next trip! What town is this? Is there train or bus to the town from the airport?
Sara, Luca e Luce, I do not have any intention of buying property in Italy or anywhere including the USA, BUT I enjoyed the tour of the three houses. I do enjoy the weekly dose of Luce, and watching her grow, and her becoming more confident in speaking. Thank you for sharing her with us. Alla prossima.
After spending a month in Palermo in the winter I can appreciate the radiators! We stayed in an airbnb that only had a propane heater which we moved from room to room. It was expensive and inefficient! Luce is an amazing blessing for us all❤
Your sweet Luce is one of the cutest, happiest, gabbiest and most adventurous little girls I've ever seen. What a joy it must be to be her parents. God bless your wonderful family
Just do what Luca and Sara did with their place. Get the support beams inspected and repaired as needed and don't overload the balcony with more than 2 or 3 people at a time and you'll be fine.

Well done!❤
Those floor tiles are so beautiful!
Watching you all, always cheers me up and in the down times, always wishing you the very best 🙏❤
I agree. Even when they have difficult times they manage to uplift their viewers. They deserve good rewards.
Glad everyone is feeling better. Thanks for showing us some properties.
Thank you for highlighting the availability of homes in Sicily. Of the three, I see the most potential in number 3. However, it needs the most work too.
As it doesn't share a wall with any other house, you wouldn't be affected by a neighbor's leaky roof. 🌧️
I loved when Luca played the creepy guy at the next table in your Nord VPN ad! That was hilarious!
Best of luck!
we look forward to seeing you every week
I know this part of Sicily well, it's beautiful. I'm considering buying in the south of the island; such a lovely place to live.
I couldn't refuse to re-post this video on my social media .... just to show the beauty of sicily
Nice video. Good to see Luca is able to pick up Lucia and carry her. Glad you are feeling better Sara
What a gorgeous place to live, and it’s so affordable!
We agree! 👍🏻
@@leaw Buona sera! Thank so much for your house tour,it is so exiting and tempting too
Thank you, Luca and Sara and especially your very intelligent, absolutely lovable child, who speaks English and Italian at such an early age, for bringing the world on a house hunting tour in Sicily. Very enjoyable!
THIS IS A FANTASTIC VIDEO!! Thank you for showing all of these beautiful Old World houses! 🙂 Love you all!
Those houses are great value...maybe some renos required but mostly ready to live in by the looks of it. Wow, amazing priced. Great video🧡🧡🧡
Congrats on reaching 250k!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
❤️xx
Your little family brings me such joy every Sunday ❤
So good to see you all in better health. Take good are of each other, we all love your little family and want the best for you.
Good points. I couldn’t sleep all night as I was imagining how I would project one of these apartments if I owned it. 😂
House number two is my favorite. 😍 the layout and view is dreamy.
Thank you for the amazing tours!!! I can certainly dream!!!
I will be there this fall. I am so excited. I am flying into Palermo. I would love to see these houses your showing!!!
My dream! 👍😘❤️🇮🇹
Loved this video.. well done guys! Hope you feel better soon Sara- you can hear it in your voice that you are still recovering!
Can’t imagine carrying the groceries up to the top floor especially up 9:07 the spiral stairs!!🇨🇦
same, the kitchen is always in the top floor. Many stairs you have to walk every day.
Think of it as a paid gym workout daily and know you're doing your body good
I think basket 🧺 out the window is answer!
@@SolarVibeEnergy that'll work!
@@SolarVibeEnergythat would be the answer! I love the house, just wondering how you could reconfigure it a bit!
After spending a month in Palermo in the winter I can appreciate the radiators! We stayed in an airbnb that only had a propane heater which we moved from room to room. It was expensive and inefficient! Luce is an amazing blessing for us all❤
Your daughter is very cute.
Your sweet Luce is one of the cutest, happiest, gabbiest and most adventurous little girls I've ever seen. What a joy it must be to be her parents. God bless your wonderful family
Wonderful video !! So glad to see Sarah is feeling better: please take care of yourselves💜💜
Thank you for the tour of the 3 properties. We have been looking to acquire additional properties in this general area so this video was very helpful.
Just love your videos. So beautiful & refreshing. Lovely family
Thank you so much!
What a sunday, Luca and Sara (and Luce ofc) - loved how you described the houses!
I would be so scared to stand on those balconies because of how old they are.
Just do what Luca and Sara did with their place. Get the support beams inspected and repaired as needed and don't overload the balcony with more than 2 or 3 people at a time and you'll be fine.
Sicily is classified as a region of high seismic risk, being vertical houses, too much weight tons upon you.
@@francisa751 They said those houses are 1000 years old and the balconies are still there. I'll bet they've seen and survived some earthquakes in that time.
