Here's our neighbor's super-big Tuscan villa divided into 4 roomy apartments.

One good reason to buy are the good vibes from the owner - lovely person. Not to mention that, as an architect she was involved hands-on. Quality masonry etc everywhere. Isolated, cicadas all day long - aaaaaaah…
Stephania has done in incredible job. She seemed so charming, and what a talented woman and creative as well to make this property so beautiful.
Tranquility is the name of the place. Nothing like a professional touch to take things to the next level.

I have no idea why Australia is so appealing ! There are big bugs and spiders everywhere and the government is very iffy as well. Imagine they could be living in Italy in this beautiful place!! Well thank you so much for the video its a gorgeous property 💕😃

She should have a timer on her sprinkler system and have it working after sunset because the high daytime temperatures and water could damage the grass roots.
It looks like paradise to me: substantial house with apartments for friends and family or rental in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was renovated so tastefully.

Lovely property and would like to know if the prices for landscape assistance is expensive. Most gardens as yours are manageable but I would not want to make it my whole life caring for it?❤

Sell it to an Italian, it’s so sad that the Italians have to leave thier country.
They don’t have to leave - they want to leave for some reason or another…the grass is always greener (sometimes it really is) and the world offers many different prospects of life :)
And Americans might find themselves in the same plight, depending on the future occupant of the White House. Maybe even a lot of descendants of Italy, coming back with American dollars. What goes around comes around.

Dear Stefania, I am telling you my vision what I saw ( we are looking for property in Italy) when I meditate and asked my questions about your property, if it’s suitable and good for us, my answer and vision were not about me but there were about you. I don’t know your full story but what I know Australia won’t be good for you not at all. You would be happy, healthy and sane in Italy. I wish you all the luck and happiness lovely lady.

I remember being curious abou the villa used in the movie 'Under the Tuscan sun' and I looked it up. It is now an RB&B in the most hideous 'high street designer' style that has zero charm. They even managed to mess up the gardens and terraces !
To my knowledge Frances Mayes still lives in and writes books in her private villa Bramasole just outside Cortona ;)
@@lifeisgrapeintuscany I wasn't talking about the real Bramasole but the abandonned villa they used for the film. They had cleaned it up to use for the movie and then it was bought by some company and 'modernised' to become what it is today. Sad.
@@TheFiown ah ok yes that sounds probable - but also sounds like good business and to be fair many of the “rescued” homes have turned into B&Bs simply to pay for costly renovations - I can for sure relate 😜
@@lifeisgrapeintuscany Yes but deducing that they bought the villa after the success of the movie and promoted it as the 'Bramasole' villa, they LEAST they could do was respect the style of the movies interiors and gardens and given people a charming sejour and not some standard B&B ! I mean how hard is it to decorate in the Tuscan style and buy a few antiques ? They rather shot themselves in the foot with that one. That said maybe the majority of people staying in these homes have little taste and still think they are having a good time, who am I to say anything !
Stephania has a wonderful property, but I can understand why she would want to sell; it could be isolated in the winter.
The price of the property is surely extremely high, when you got 6ha of land.
Could have been a nice house too, pity it is divided in such small apartments. If the other apartments are as small, it's a no no. It will cost a fortune to get back to "one house"
Surely the most obvious and less invasive is the same use, so B&B ;)

Have you been finding it difficult? Usually Umbria is much cheaper than Tuscany (depending on exact location of course)

Don't know why anyone would want to leave such a beautiful home like this. Her children should move to Italy instead of her going to awful Australia where you find a lot of horrible kangaroos who want to kill other animals and fight all the time. Trading one country for another is quite foolish but everyone chooses I guess what's best for them.
