Simply gorgeous. I would love to rent one of the apartments. As a military wife I lived in Europe and traveled to Italy a lot. Love it. What a dream. Thanks for sharing.
One good reason to buy are the good vibes from the owner - lovely person. Not to mention that, as an architect she was involved hands-on. Quality masonry etc everywhere. Isolated, cicadas all day long - aaaaaaah…
Beautiful house and surroundings. She is such a lovely lady, I don't know how she can part with all that beauty, especially when she restored it. Thanks for sharing your home!
Wow, you've done your friend an amazing service given this lovely video! The home and grounds are stunning! I sure hope her home is valued for it's beauty and the hard work! 😊
Oh my goodness, I absolutely love this home, and the lady has so much love for her place. I only came across your channel as I’m planning to return to Italy next year for my 60th.
Your video popped up on my feed-prob because I follow the Positano Diaries with Nicki and Carlo. They have a second house in Tuscany. Anyway, you have a new sub! Love it❤
Absolutely a beautiful property... the sounds and sites of nature, a lot of room to roam and dream, and LOVE THE KITTIES 😻 Is there any wildlife in the area? I'm in love ❤
Lovely property and would like to know if the prices for landscape assistance is expensive. Most gardens as yours are manageable but I would not want to make it my whole life caring for it?❤
What an absolute lovely lady she is !! Beautiful! Person inside and out and to think she would give these apt homes to her children 😃🤗 I have no idea why Australia is so appealing ! There are big bugs and spiders everywhere and the government is very iffy as well. Imagine they could be living in Italy in this beautiful place!! Well thank you so much for the video its a gorgeous property 💕😃
It looks like paradise to me: substantial house with apartments for friends and family or rental in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was renovated so tastefully.
She should have a timer on her sprinkler system and have it working after sunset because the high daytime temperatures and water could damage the grass roots.
I remember being curious abou the villa used in the movie 'Under the Tuscan sun' and I looked it up. It is now an RB&B in the most hideous 'high street designer' style that has zero charm. They even managed to mess up the gardens and terraces !
@@lifeisgrapeintuscany I wasn't talking about the real Bramasole but the abandonned villa they used for the film. They had cleaned it up to use for the movie and then it was bought by some company and 'modernised' to become what it is today. Sad.
@@TheFiown ah ok yes that sounds probable - but also sounds like good business and to be fair many of the “rescued” homes have turned into B&Bs simply to pay for costly renovations - I can for sure relate 😜
@@lifeisgrapeintuscany Yes but deducing that they bought the villa after the success of the movie and promoted it as the 'Bramasole' villa, they LEAST they could do was respect the style of the movies interiors and gardens and given people a charming sejour and not some standard B&B ! I mean how hard is it to decorate in the Tuscan style and buy a few antiques ? They rather shot themselves in the foot with that one. That said maybe the majority of people staying in these homes have little taste and still think they are having a good time, who am I to say anything !
They don’t have to leave - they want to leave for some reason or another…the grass is always greener (sometimes it really is) and the world offers many different prospects of life :)
And Americans might find themselves in the same plight, depending on the future occupant of the White House. Maybe even a lot of descendants of Italy, coming back with American dollars. What goes around comes around.
@@lifeisgrapeintuscany Lots of empty space, desert, bugs, loud crazy animals, birds, reptiles, boring cookie cutter homes and buildings. Could never live there.
The price of the property is surely extremely high, when you got 6ha of land. Could have been a nice house too, pity it is divided in such small apartments. If the other apartments are as small, it's a no no. It will cost a fortune to get back to "one house"
Dear Stefania, I am telling you my vision what I saw ( we are looking for property in Italy) when I meditate and asked my questions about your property, if it’s suitable and good for us, my answer and vision were not about me but there were about you. I don’t know your full story but what I know Australia won’t be good for you not at all. You would be happy, healthy and sane in Italy. I wish you all the luck and happiness lovely lady.
Unfortunately in this case I will have to let Stefania decide if she wants to talk about the pricing. All I can say it’s above 1 million and less than 3 ;) If interested tomorrow Part 2 is coming out with links for contact
@@lifeisgrapeintuscany well nick has been showing videos of some . But its slim Pickens around the area . I missed out on a couple. Im looking for the right set up . All stone and restored . Im use to certain things. But hopefully something will come up.
Don't know why anyone would want to leave such a beautiful home like this. Her children should move to Italy instead of her going to awful Australia where you find a lot of horrible kangaroos who want to kill other animals and fight all the time. Trading one country for another is quite foolish but everyone chooses I guess what's best for them.
Absolutely gorgeous! Will be anxious to hear the asking price and see Part 2!

This is indeed beautiful. The owner is very talented. ❤

Stephania has done in incredible job. She seemed so charming, and what a talented woman and creative as well to make this property so beautiful.
She will later be sorry if she sells it.
Tranquility is the name of the place. Nothing like a professional touch to take things to the next level.
Very nice place so well maintained just beautiful

Beautiful restoration!
Interested for Part 2 and to see links to the agent and costs to maintain, etc.

Timelessly renovated to feel stylish for a long time.
Kind of magical Stefania don't sell is amazing I would love the first apartment the stone work and the design in general amazing.
Wow, that's a stunning estate - so well maintained.... gorgeous
So beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
Love this place ❤ Do the cats come with the house? I would love having them for company 🐈⬛🐈🐕
Oh yes 😝
I bet those children will regret moving to Australia in the future! I couldn't wait to get out off that place!

The stairs look absolutely lethal😮
😳 how do you mean?
The location and setting are beyond beautiful! And you would have famous neighbors (Rebecca and Pierre)!

It really is!
Hi there! New to your channel. I’m looking for a property to have horses. Looking forward to part two. Thank you
Love, love, love the stone! ❤
Beautiful home.
Absolutely magnificent!!!!!!
Ahhhh dreamy Tuscan home. 💕

You will not find a “landscape” company in this area.
Ah good question. I don’t know because at Campo Sasso hubby Pierre does it 😜
Wonderful
Jenny and Dave Marrs would be perfect neighbors. Love their show.

You are so welcome
Sheesh.. why couldn't my mom give me a apartment in Italy like that?! So beautiful
I was wondering the same too.
But i guess because they were raised there to them Italy is just home
Maybe not that so magical to them .
My dream place and home .
How beautiful and a lovely lady. I wish her luck in selling this gorgeous property.
She should have a timer on her sprinkler system and have it working after sunset because the high daytime temperatures and water could damage the grass roots.
Beautiful lady
Please add the price of the property and how to find the listing online thank you very much beautiful place!
Wish I could but it is my neighbors property so not mine to disclose. Next week I’ll be showcasing another property with price and all ;)
Sooooooo beautiful
lovely beautiful property, i somehow did not see the asking price for it.
Wooow ❤ where is it (apart from, 25 min away from Firenze)? ❤
In the Chianti Classico region (southeast)
@@lifeisgrapeintuscany thank you 🙏 looking forward to part 2!
Stunning property! Very much interested in it. Could you tell us the asking price and contact details of the person or agent selling it?
Yes, next Friday in part 2 👍
It'll be expensive.
I want it!
Hello , any possibilities of renting out or selling separately?
The whole property is for sale - more

FUN~
would love to know if i can purchase

When you can afford this, why do B&B? I’d have friends around all year!!!
Sell it to an Italian, it’s so sad that the Italians have to leave thier country.

Close to Firenze and stazione, sei ha with quattro appartamenti. I think due milioni e cinquecento euro €2,500,000 for Americani.
Haha ok let the betting game begin…
How would we get in touch with the realtor for this home?

Surely the most obvious and less invasive is the same use, so B&B ;)
Stephania has a wonderful property, but I can understand why she would want to sell; it could be isolated in the winter.
How much ???
