Very interesting place! Actually, I like seeing these kinds of properties (ones that need renovation) in the rain because if there are obvious water infiltration issues they are going to come out when it rains! So if its dry inside that's a selling point! :=8)
1 Euro? Yeah, you could do a lot with that property with under 100k to splurge and even 50k would make an enormous difference . Definitely not a ruin like you would expect. Without question you would want both properties and first thing I would replace is those windows. Is that a stage in the square for concerts?
Там где вторая кухня нужно сделать или гостиную или туалет с ванной но здание просто феерическое с таким полом окнами старинными засовами на окнах и потрясающим потолком как в кельях и церквях католических)
Is this a city that allows the 7% tax? Also, would love to see one story homes for a retiree. Thank you again and a special thanks for posting the location. From here it is easier to get a feel for the area as well as the proximity to healthcare, supermarkets, airports and more. Have a blessed day.
Ciao. I would recommend you watch this video while you're looking into it th-cam.com/video/t9zgGohbEXg/w-d-xo.html It's the fifth one from the top. It says awarded BUT if you watch the video you will understand why you still should apply if you're interested.
When improvements are done...can you make the balconies wider and longer? Are there restrictions on balcony size? I would want it 1 meter...at least...wide so it could be utilized as an outdoor space
Really love the potential of the back yard/garden and the stage in the piazza, where I assume there would be occasional performances in the summer. Nice to have a balcony seat for those! But if I'm reading the Google translate correctly regarding this particular house, it's been "awarded", so does that mean it's unavailable, at least for now?... 🤔
More than likely it WAS one house in its past and could have been divided for two children of one of the early owners. It would be well worth buying both and combining both into one home. Lots of potential!
Each municipality has their own requirements so best to check their website. We have linked the website of this municipality in the description section of the video
This place will need the outside repainted. The place would be better if the home next to it was attached. Is this house still available and what is the process for someone coming from another country like the United States?
gosh I love this house BUT a curious question - where is the bathroom near the bedroom or is the small toilet room on the ground level the only bathroom?
That is the only toilet. Keep in mind that water and sewerage directly to the home came to many parts of Italy in the late 60s so if a house wasn't lived in since then full time it may not have been updated to have conveniences we take for granted
I just saw your short video on this, and for the life of me couldn't figure out how to respond in the comments so I'm responding to the questions in that short video here. I tried to submit a proposal about 40 minutes after your long video uploaded but did not see a link or portal to access the required forms, only the guidelines. I did find the plans for the house. Also, do you know if any liens, back taxes, code violation fees, etc. will be posted by the Municipio? I'd like to know what would be my financial responsibility if I won this bid. Thanks!
Seems like the neighbors have infringed on the garden by putting their fence on this home's property, but I could be wrong. Looks as if the balcony is there for hanging out the wash.
Hi. This is something we wouldn't know as they're managed by the municipality. Best bet would be to check their website which is on the description section of the video
These homes are amazing! We're doing a trip in October to look around for retirement. I can't find many "remodeling" videos... can you point us in the right direction? Like, if I spend 100K E for renovation, what could I expect? Are there lots of permits? Are contractors easy to find? Are materials readily available? Any help you have or vids would be appreciated!!! Thanks!!!
You're so funny in this vid---you liked so many little areas and the finestras of this house, I almost expected you to break and say, 'Forget it---we are buying this place. It's sold. Ecco...' I'm wondering: Many places were slowly left, then 'abandoned'--just not maintained, or orphaned, or became a tax liability... Are there any Italians instead of stranieri returning to adopt pieces of their heritage? I hope whoever is moving in learns Italian and to absorb what Italian offers, not just nabs a 'good deal' and 'colonizes' the place. The best part of living in Italy is living the Italian ways--even when it's 'domani, domani' or 'lentamente'. There's a little apprehension I feel that the Italian isn't disappeared.
Isnt there clauses for purchasing a 1€ property? Would cost 30 plus thousand to basic renovate and some make you complete renovation in 3 years. Some clauses is you can not use as a holiday home or rent out or sell, but can only use to live there fulltime. With Brexit and the lack of jobs, that would be very difficult to get a job and residency.. Easier to buy a property fully renovated and at market rate which you can do as you please with.
You need to think about things like this taking into account the concept of time and what life was like back then when such houses were inhabited. You cannot measure them by modern standards

The garden is why someone will buy it,great property
Oh my gosh, it's adorable! It is too bad it doesn't already have a full bathroom, but it has such great potential!
Great house…again!…I’m dreaming of Italy!…😊

Danke für das Video ! 😊
Oh to be young , strong and healthy plus a way to get a residency in Italy. Thanks for the look at this little gem.
Very interesting place! Actually, I like seeing these kinds of properties (ones that need renovation) in the rain because if there are obvious water infiltration issues they are going to come out when it rains! So if its dry inside that's a selling point!
:=8)
Second time you show us a house with lots of potential. Yes the house next door will be a must to buy. Thanks love you.😊
Thanks! Very nice casa, it is the first time I have come across your videos.
Thanks heaps 🌻
❤ your 2nd 1 euro home. !! Both have historic details.
This one has so much land..
Great project. Amazing. Love it
Love this home, love the idea of getting the next door unit as well. Exposing the stone exterior is a must!
👍

This home is awesome. Yes it needs some work but it's so cute and a little TLC it would be amazing. The rooms are a great size. Love it.
Omg, I LOVE this!! I’m applying
Yeah! Love the early access for patreons. ❤
Would love to know more about the house attached as well. Putting the two into one house would be fantastic
Там где вторая кухня нужно сделать или гостиную или туалет с ванной но здание просто феерическое с таким полом окнами старинными засовами на окнах и потрясающим потолком как в кельях и церквях католических)
Love your videos...so informative and relaxing ..
Beautiful Starter Home in Italy!!!❤
It looks so good 👍🍀😊
It was!
I wonder how much to replace the part of roof with steal beams ?

Yes. Pretty much all regions from Lazio to the South are 7% Tax areas for retirees
Very nice, great potential, great price !
Do you know which Scheda # this is? It's not listed on the municipality site of available listings. Love your videos, very fine work. Grazie mille! 🎉
Ciao.

Thank you so much. Keep it on...❤
What about the state of the roof?
When improvements are done...can you make the balconies wider and longer? Are there restrictions on balcony size? I would want it 1 meter...at least...wide so it could be utilized as an outdoor space
Has potential, only with the other house has part of the deal.

Hi, I would still keep an eye out on it here is why 👇

@@rossinniandco Got it, understood, thanks!!! 👍
It would be interesting combined as original design, and with fewer staircases eating up real estate. Good potential.
Interesting.
More than likely it WAS one house in its past and could have been divided for two children of one of the early owners. It would be well worth buying both and combining both into one home. Lots of potential!
Ciao Fiorella. Just to clarify, is the adjacent home also a $1 home? Also, what is the name of the Town? Great videos. Keep them coming!
Hi, no the other house is not part of the program
Can you tell me what the stipulations for the 1 euro homes are. Like would I have to live there full time. At the time of renovations?
Each municipality has their own requirements so best to check their website. We have linked the website of this municipality in the description section of the video
I see that this house is also close to the other Euro1$ house that you showed the other day this house is not for me but the other one is
Yes, they're close by
@@rossinniandco Miss Nicole is the other house still available
Sooo cute
Indeed!
This place will need the outside repainted. The place would be better if the home next to it was attached. Is this house still available and what is the process for someone coming from another country like the United States?
Not sure about the availability at this point. The link to the comune is in the description

Perhaps it has been awarded by now

I think it's the fifth one on the list
Hi how to apply from USA
Please see the information on the description section of this video
Where do they shower? I did not see any other bathroom besides that toilet downstairs
th-cam.com/users/shortsxALZShxV4hw?si=bKK89Tw_aLAITMJl
Is this home still avaliable.
Seems like the neighbors have infringed on the garden by putting their fence on this home's property, but I could be wrong.
Looks as if the balcony is there for hanging out the wash.
It would be great to know if properties were sold. Not who purchased or how much, just were they snapped up ❤😊🇦🇺
Hi. This is something we wouldn't know as they're managed by the municipality. Best bet would be to check their website which is on the description section of the video

Toilet?
What a lovely home. That chicken building needs to come down. Where did they wash? (In the chicken building?).
What I noticed in those Italian houses, is their narrow set of stairs...
😮

You would think that they could easily sell it for 15,000 Euro's
Worthless unless you get the other side, obviously one house originally
1 euro...? Think two times...
Per forza l'avete pagata un euro. Il Molise NON ESISTE😂😂😂
I'm looking at it right now ☺️
I do not understand these houses with no bathroom. A toilet in the cantina is not sufficient for personal hygiene
You need to think about things like this taking into account the concept of time and what life was like back then when such houses were inhabited.

You always entertain
Thank you ☀️
