Hi Kit, been following your videos for about a week now, my breath hold isnt improving from 1 min 20 seconds which is the maximum and its frustrating, and the bpm also isnt going down lesser than 56 and O2 is stuck at 86-88 at most during breath hold. Can I improve with time or is my lung capacity too far gone due to asthma and poor lifestyle?
Maybe try to release your diaphragm. It's a muscle like any other and no doubt full of tension, unable to expand to full capability. Plenty of videos here on TH-cam. I'm a massage therapist and releasing my own has helped me significantly.
Kitaro, thank you for this knowledge sir!!
So helpful. I've been struggling with tiredness at work and in the gym and not wanting to always use caffeine. Thank you kindly, Sir!
thanks Man
Thank you Kitaro - great to learn about these tools! 🙏✨

don't worry too much about the times just keep practising and enjoying, it will come naturally my friend.
It's never too late! Practice is key. Slow and steady. Do not overstress your system. The human body is AMAZING!
Kitaros WHF breathing practices pretty much cured my asthma. So just keep going. Really takes a few days to get much better. Then it just improves.

Give yourself a bit more time. A week is not that long, so don't be discouraged if you can't hold your breath for two minutes yet.
