@Does it matter: Since meditation tends to further dissociate it is not recommended in such cases by psychologists. If you are on medication you should be safe-ish. You may want to be very gentle with breathing exercises which make you feel light headed, until you have done some healing. This includes Tummo / Wim Hof. The key point is not to avoid completely, but to do it gently and find your limits, or slow it right down. Personally with Tummo I already feel an effect after 5 deep breaths, and then stop or go gently.The good news is that pretty much any balanced breathing exercise done gently should be ok. Try the box breath as well and the coherent breathing exercise that Kitaro has

Yes, I try to see bright light when I wake up and it‘s still dark outside.
