I try not to identify with my illness so I may release the traumatic energy slowly over time out of my muscles where the illness (energy) has taken hold. I just want to say how blessed I am to have found you 💛 your hatha yoga is by far the best I've done. My muscles really hurt after about 10 mins but I was able to stick through it with your breaks in breath work and reminders to be one with my body. You'll be my go to yoga teacher 🥰 I am blessed to share your energy ✨️

I tryed many different classes but still coming back to this one all the time my favorite for 2 years now only pose i miss in this one is malasana but i guess worrior 2 does the same thing

Compared to other youtubers I like your approach more, because it is 1. more a meditative approach which is in my experience and research more like the traditional, original hatha (for example including the face). And 2. you gave some (new to me) very simple instructions which made me understand the boda flow in a different, better way. (oh, and you are not an subscrivor-searcher which is very pleasant). Thanks for sharing! And for all the beginners in the comments: in the beginning it can also be about getting the body to move anf flow - the tecnique will come as your body awareness grows. I downloaded the app but there is so many different classes i got lost im looking for 1 class that would work and strech entire body that i could practice regulary cople times a week is there a class like that? Loving the sun salutation, and only recently finding out about hatha yoga, I decided to look up a video "Hmm. . . . level 1. . . yeah, that video looks good." . . . . this. … this was not what I expected. I thought I was supposed to keep my back STRAIGHT! Guess I have a lot to learn.

Thank you. Great class but I would tend to agree with some of the comments below. A little fast for a beginner to follow! Personally I found it a little too fast for my breath, but still enjoyed the sequence.
The Downward dog is over expressed, but its ok as it seems to be his style of practise, but I wouldn't advise copying his style immediately as he is very agile and has obviously mastered the control and awareness needed. There is always space for personal expression I believe, but safety first if you wish to feel through his style. I hope that helps.
