    Great lessons, thank. Glad you include the chanting and little rituals as a lot of YT lessons are stripped down to a physical exercise.
    Probably not the most beginner friendly lessons due to the speed and lack of detail for each pose, but as a returning intermediate student this is the perfect amount of guidance.

    I’ve been doing this class for a few years now - only just noticed the looping audio in the final relaxation! I’ll never not hear it now. Great class that I always come back to

      @@livingdeeply1there’s like a loop of the ambient audio - I guess it’s a cut of when there was no distracting noises in the background for maximum relaxation

    It’s the first class of yours that I tried and I really enjoyed it. Thanks. I appreciate you for the chants. I liked the tree variation with the side stretch. I enjoyed the transition from pigeon through half spinal twist and back again. I’ll look for more of your videos. Thanks. OM namah Shivaya.

    After 8 years, I decided to try yoga again to see if it would help alleviate all this neck, back, and shoulder pain. This hatha-style yoga video session with longer-held poses helps me work through the pain and loosen up my joints. The 45-minute duration is just right with the long shavasana at the end. I will need to check out your channel and your other videos.

    This is the most amazing flow I have done with another teacher. I especially loved the yoga nidra-esque singing in the end for relaxation. True example of an activated Vishuddha chakra in Daniel Rama. Om Namah Shivaya 🙏

    In warrior, the knee is a little too forward.
    My intention for saying this is because i felt it was repeated for both sides, producing the non level arms.
    Thank you for taking the time to make this, and the effort to learn a way to describe, in a easy to understand way.

    Excellent class I just started following you. Can you share a bit about your diet I imagine you are a vegan or vegetarian btw you move, how do you keep your muscle tone without animal proteain. Many thanks, Jason

      Hello Jason, thank you for the comment. You are correct to assume that my diet is plant-based. Although I do include some specific types of seafood on occasion (or if I feel the body needs an extra hit of protein and healthy fats). Much of my muscle tone is the result of regular practice. However how I eat, other lifestyle factors, genetics and even other dimensions of my practice (pranayama, meditation, positive thinking) also play a role. If you would like to study the subject further with me, I recommend downloading "Becoming Balance" the app. It contains hundreds of other yoga classes, workshops and lectures (some of which focus specifically on nutrition and yogic diet) .. apologies for the lengthy response. Hope this helps!

I just found you guys on youtube, I've been a teacher for many years, Sivananda and Dharma Mittra teacher certifications so finding excellent hatha is hard to come by so I really appreciate you sharing your gifts with everyone.
