  • Anycubic Kobra Max General maintenance Advice
I would always suggest carrying out a routine maintenance of your printer.
    checking tension belts
    z rods
    bolts
    electric components
    and eccentric nuts
    New nozzle assembly.
    amzn.to/3Gc658i
    Spare volcano nozzles
    amzn.to/3TxMhz4
    prevention is better than cure

As usual, an excellent video, super useful to remind us all these maintenance points - I tend to forget too many of them too often... Thank you !!

Thanks for the good video 3DPUK. For future messages regarding various issues; I contacted the Anycubic after sales department and those guys are really helpful (No I don't work for them :) ). I got some bed level sensor issue and so far they sent me a new probe, a new printhead board & cable and a new motherboard... Haven't tried the new motherboard yet so my issue is still there but I'm confident.
I also use the Sunlu dryer as my dispenser.
Now I noticed you tied the printhead cable to the structure rod on the side, any other cable routing advice ?

Hi, I receantly bought this printer, installed a flexible print plate, connected it to octoprint and ran a bed visualizer. I found out, that the bed is significantly lower in the middle refered to corners.
I looked at the mounting and there are two srews with springs but no nuts, adjusting wheels nothing. I think that the bed is sagging in the middle which causes my issue.
Can someone help me with this?
    Thanks

We are waiting for the video now. how to set the optimal temperature for 1 specific plastic, according to the melting temperature, then the filament feed rate or printing speed, as well as setting accelerations at the printing corners. -for optimal performance in terms of printing speed, with minimal loss of quality. it is clear that plastics are different and in different batches have different melting points and different fluidity. And also a video about resuming printing after an error on cobra max.

You should add in gantry leveling since this only has one side z stop. It's caused me to have several issues. Would also like a way to reach out to you

Please need help. I bought one of these printers for my son, we noticed that the bed is not heating up. And I notice that there is an air bobble in the middle of the button part of the printer bed. I'll appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Hey dude, my middle roller wheel under the left hand side of the bed spins freely. The other two wheels are fine but the middle one no matter how i adjust it just rolls free so is there for nothing. That the case with you?

Hey no all mine are equal tension
.. i would suggest loosening them all and make sure it's square front and make.. and then tightness each one gently and ensure equal tensions

So I don't know if anyone can help me answer this, I have a Kobra Max and I am getting a crazy amount of Stringing. I have changed the retraction form 0-7.0mm and nothing got better. I used a temp tower and each one looked terrible. I don't know what to do, all I find is snark from ppl on Discord. Any assistance would be appreciated. Help please.

Hey sorry that the community isn't supporting you, have you found this to.be on different types of filament ?? Or is this with 1 in particular, I sometimes find stringing can also be to do with wet filament, if it's not that and you can confirm it's been dried then, it could also be to do with speed of printing I always try around 50mm/s - 4 retraction ..

My filament sensor keeps detecting, falsely, that my filament has run out. I hit the button and everything resumes just fine until a random amount of time passes and it repeats the error

Sounds like a failed filament sensor, maybe try the following 🤔 bypass filament sensor and go direct into bowden extruder and place a snipping of filament into the sensor so it reads as engaged. It won't allow too print without this... its a shame the firmware doesn't allow for turning the filament runout sensor off 😢 thanks for watching and don't forget to like and subscribe 😉 if not already done so
