    I bought a Max back in October. Unfortunately, it broke a month later. In talking to their CS, they diagnosed two problem that had to be replaced. Unfortunately, they didn't have the parts, and it is now going on to January with no improvement. I ultimately had to file a dispute since they were not honoring their warranty for material defects. Super frustrating, because when it worked, it made some super awesome BIG prints. We were getting ready to start some body armor when it burned out.

    Can the Z-axis leadscrew nuts be adjusted? If so, how? On both sides, mine have a surprising amount of backlash, to the point that I can visibly lift the Z axis. I assume they came from the factory that way because I can’t imagine that so much wear developed after a few months of use.

    I wish I could just manually level this printer, the auto bed level feature is ridiculous

    Idunno if you're still making replies to this video but, What are your thoughts on nozzle replacement, was it easy for you? I feel i got a questionable hot end with a nozzle preinstalled, I went to heat the head up to get ready to loosen the nozzle to remove it and it just gave resistance all the way through, eventually snapped inside the hot end and decided to send it back. It's the only printer i ever had nozzle issues with but damn did it print good the little time i had it.

      Hey thanks for watching, so I had issues with nozzle removal too 😔 so what I actually did in the end was replace the whole thing. It's not that expensive and easy to swap over it's just 2 screws and 2 power connectors.. one thing be careful with the strain gauge though

    Hello, Is it a good idea to do a couple of cold pulls to clean the nozzle?
    I suspect I have mine partial clogged, thinking about to give it a try...

      Heat nozzle up to 280c or highest temperature and then pull quick

      @@3DPUK-TECH-CHANNEL Hey man, your videos on kobra max help me a lot, many thanks for your great work.
      The details on cold pull still confuse me though, should I remove the bowden tube on the nozzle side and cut off the filament before pulling?

    Where can I buy belts from

    My bed is not smooth, it has like dead spots? any ideas? Ive checked the nuts and belts. Could it be bad wheels? Thanks!!

    • @3DPUK-TECH-CHANNEL
      @3DPUK-TECH-CHANNEL  ปีที่แล้ว

      So do you mean when it moves it judders or wobbling ?? If either I always gently move back and forward too check for smooth travel. Under the bed check the wheels for smooth surface... wipe any debris from these as it can build up and create poor travel. Failing all these steps they could be worn, I know stock wheels fail quickly. Also check the eccentric nuts are secure and moving freely but not loose

      @@3DPUK-TECH-CHANNEL Thanks for the reply, not wobbling but it feels like it has dead spots. Nuts were checked also under was wiped following your steps. Are these wheels standard? Amazon? Not quite sure what to look for.
