    So I just started getting back to moving my body, trying not to be too ambitious so I could keep it consistent. And I find many workout videos to be very toxic, just focused on achieving a certain look or whatever. But there's something very laid-back with you, your moaning on it being hard just feels like I'm working out with a friend. I almost gave up on finding videos to help me out, so thank you.

    Many congratulations on the MBE Joe. Absolutely deserved!! So proud of you and can't thank you enough for all you have done to get the nation (and people around the world) together to keep physically and mentally fit. We would love for you to do it again ....only if you wanted to. But I do miss the live workouts. Hope you are feeling more uplifted and know that you are loved and appreciated.

    What a fun workout. I enjoyed all the grunts and struggles, it put a smile on my face. I liked the slow intentional movements and I'm always game for a 30 sec rest.

    Day 1:✅Challenging, did not complete all of them
    Day 2:✅ Easier but I’m sore from day one. However I finished it all this time
    Day 3 and 4:❌ It was the weekend and I went out with family
    Day 5:✅ Fresh start of the week on a Monday did the workout and did some arm workout too
    Day 6:✅ Went well, managed to do all of them and today I did more arm workout including chest work out. Attempted doing push ups but only 10 were made
    Day 7:✅ Did the video twice however skipped the last exercise because I don’t really like that one+ I also did arms and chest feel alright
    Day 8:✅ It was normal however I felt more difficulty doing the video. I did 10 push ups, 100 jumping jacks and arms

      Intermittent fasting and some other work outs
      Day 1= 100 push ups + ab work out (hard as f and the fasting was hard)
      Day 2 = 45 push ups + ab work out + plank (felt bit lazy tbh)
      Day 3 = 100 push ups + ab work out + plank (today I felt energetic and didnt feel hungry at all during my fast)
      Day 4 = 70 to 100 pushups (didnt count) + ab work out
      (It was so hard the workout for some reason lol)
      Day 5 = did 5 mins of the ab work out and did 40 pushups (felt very lazy)

    The timer in the corner is so helpful. Knowing how long we have to suffer is a relief compared to feeling like it's never going to end.

    This is the first video I’ve watched of you’re channel and I’m like 5 minutes in and already love how really you are! The “ugh! This kills” and “I’m not getting any rest” and just showing us that it’s hard. Other channels I’ve seen don’t show this it’s nice to struggle with you 😂

    I love you, you're clearly fit but you're not afraid to show that the exercises will burn, even for people who train all the time! Makes me feel more motivated, like "he's been doing this years and is still dying from it, so it's okay if I'm struggling! That's the point."
