    Hi : I've been following along with your classes and so enjoy how my body feels after each class. I am a 74 yr old woman and I try to do my best at taking care of this body I have. I just saw on UTube your week 10 strength and well being and followed along with you. I hope you will do more of these as a sanga. I have been looking for one to join. Thank you. I live in Rockford Illinois USA.

    Hi Dear brother, I've been practising all the theme classes since it began, and I really enjoyed each time, and tried my best to practice on my own during the week afterwards. I really feel that I'm gaining more ease in my body, and it really encourages me to keep on practice every day to maintain a high level of vitality and consciousness of my body.     Yes mindful exercise is medicine- even for a few minutes-which is where I am at right now with a flare up in my experience of chronic disease. On my channel I show how walking mindfully is healing. I practise qi gong too as much as possible, especially when walking outside is not possible. Thanks for this video ❤
