I have been doing your set of exercises where you start warmup exercises using wrist turning and end up with an exercise using isolated finger flicking. I have been doing them every morning and every evening. Right now, I am doing two set each morning and each evening. I also do other exercises that I have found on the web as well as some I have developed myself. I have been doing your exercises for about two weeks. I don't yet have hand tremors, but I am doing hand exercises to avoid getting tremors. I use a rating system I have developed over a period of time to gauge t he success of the exercises I am doing. I was diagnosed with PD in August 2016, and began noticing slight twitching of fingers on the left hand, 1st with the ring finger, then little finger and then the index or middle finger. Hand exercises arrests the twitching, but twitching will return if I don't do hand exercises regularly (e.g., daily). Right now, I would rate your set of hand exercises starting with wrist rotation as most effective of all of the hand exercises I have been doing. Today, I watched your second video that ends with the two bonus exercises. I plan to begin practicing those as well as the wrist video to see if I can broaden the impact of these exercises on the delay of tremor development. I am trying to delay or arrest tremor development as long as I can or indefinitely. I will definitively recommend your videos to other PD patients. They are simple to do, take on average about 5-6 minutes to complete, and I have also notices my handwriting is improving.

I used today this video of yours. It was good and I intend to continue to use it until it becomes too easy for me. To remind you I have a PD. I wander if you can recommend me some additional exercises that may contribute to improve the side effects of the disease. I have only small area where I can exercise in my apartment. I need your help to improve my walking (to drop the walking stick), to improve my body balance, to be able to make large steps, to be able to raise my leg parallel to the floor, to walk the stairs etc. I’ll highly appreciate if you can list the names of your videos addressing the disorders. It is difficult to find the proper video on the TH-cam. Yesterday I spend hours until I located yours. Thank you for your teaching.
