Dood. Bought mine yesterday. Your flipper utility knife was literally the only one I could find of its kind. Features, build quality, fit and finish, impeccable design and made in US. And with a MORE than reasonable asking price to boot. This is a rare treasure that I am so glad to have discovered. Thank you Exceed Designs!

THE GREATEST ADVANCE IN EDC KNIVES IN DECADES!
I’m almost 50 and I’ve waiting my whole life for someone to create this very knife! I’ve had a similar design in my mind for years. Sofa king cool to see it happen (FINALY) and I get to have one.
Well, two cause I’m ordering another one.
Then I’ll be gifting this to every dude I know for the next year.
Thanks man. I wish you all success. I’m sure you’ll never have to worry financially ever again so that’s nice. 👍🏻😁
Kudos (among many things) for designing it such that more of the blade is exposed and usable than any other utility knife. 👊🏻

I was a little nervous about stripping out my screws when swapping out my scales. Thanks for the video giving me an idea about how to go about it. Amazing knife I use it every day at work! The upgraded bearings was a nice touch after waiting 2 months for mine to ship out. Couldn't be happier!

Thanks so much for your support! We are also investing in more and more US jobs, however right now it's hard to find many people that even need/want to work. We are growing faster than I ever thought while providing excellent customer service to everyone! Hopefully we will be shipping yours and others out sooner, but have been a little backed up these past few weeks.

I previously had and loved the v1. Had it for a few years with no issues. And any nit picks I had were definitely addressed with the v2. The only thing I will say is that at the time of purchasing the v2 it no longer comes with the pry replacement. It's sold separately now. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to get it with the tool. But even with having to buy it separately the cost was still less than the v1 so really can't complain. Shipping on the other had is a nightmare currently. I ordered it 2 weeks ago(early June 2022) I won't receive the tool for another 4 weeks. But I love this tool and lost my v1 so I really don't have a choice

Thanks for building and refining such a beautiful EDC knife. I got myself the V3 and it can't get any better than this! I absolutely love the tool and literally carry it everyday #realedc clipped to my pocket. Slim sleek timeless lightweight yet powerful, and most importantly of all, likable at first glance and still likable after the 1000th glance 🥰. Others may be compact and functional too but they end up not getting carried after the initial i-got-it-new phase. This one, i cannot get enough of it, i want to have it on me all the time! The best *EDC* folding utility knife, if not _the_ ultimate EDC knife. A rare homerun (one-hit-wonder?) in the world of end-consumer products, clearly exceeding direct competitors (The Utilizer 2.0, Bigidesign, Chaves, Serge, Titaner, Hawk; my Utilizer 2.0 didn't get much pocket time tbh because the ergonomics weren't too good, ~cramping hands). With the milled out titanium *MM-metric ruler* scale, i got my dream version of a folding utility knife, so i won't look any further. This is it. The ultimate #realedc knife. *THE REFERENCE KNIFE* to get into the world of nicer knives for actual everyday carry.

Suggestion, this is a utility knife, why not make it/ship it with the prybar on and let those who don't want it change it out vs those who buy a utility knife change it to be more functional. I'd think most who are buying such a piece of gear would like it set up to be as utilitarian as possible.

I got 3 of the older version. One was broke, one was lost, and the last one is sitting inside my tool box because it will not fit Dewalt carbide edge blade. I like this utility knife but you can only fit limited types and brands of utility blades and most of them are the lower quality material . The higher quality of blade materials like carbide from Dewalt, Lenox, Milwaukee, and fiskars carbon will not fit. Hopefully this newer version will accommodate more brands of utility blades especially the higher quality.

The razor blade that came with my Superknife was amazing. Twice as thick as any I’ve seen, very sharp with plenty of bite. They fit dead tight. No rattle, no wiggle, no play. I stropped them back to life and got a couple years out of them. But I’ve never been able to find replacements, Superknife has been gone for years or I’d just buy the whole knife to get the blades. But that blade is what made the whole thing work. I’ve never found disposable razor blades good enough to make me want to carry a utility knife over a regular knife again.

Will there be a version that uses bushings instead of bearings? Any but of dirt/gunk/drywall dust will gum up the bearings and slow the action, whereas with bushings the action is much more dirt resistant. I think bushings would be especially important on a utility knife, since it will be used more rigorously that just an edc pocketknife.
