    I work in a warehouse and no matter how nice and expensive my pocket knife is, a razor knife will always break down a pallet faster. This is very cool.

    This has been in my pocket for 3 weeks straight now. I got an OG slash scale and lanyard backspacer delete. The box presentation is fantastic. I've been wanting to get one for quite a while, hopefully for my birthday soon. For me, I like the compact nature, and portability and the fact it would be much more comfortable in hand while breaking down cardboard at work. The t6 screws are super soft. They say that they use blue loctite so I heated them first. Stripped out both sides on brand new Wiha bits. Moved up to a t7 and stripped that 2. What’s the point of the extra screws if can’t take the old ones out.

      @ArenaAccessories 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If that ever happens, you can grab one of those reverse-drill bit screw-remover kits with the small size bits, which are only about $6-10 on ebay. They work great once you attach them to your drill. Sometimes you just need to get the hole in the t6 a bit deeper so that your t6 will grab the screw head better. If they made the heads of the screws a bit deeper from the start, they would lose a lot of their integrity.

    • @ArenaAccessories
      @ArenaAccessories 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I also can't stress this enough - the T6 screw size will betray you if you look at it the wrong way. I personally much prefer T8 or T9, but it just doesn't always make sense with every design. I always use fresh T6 bits. I bought a ton of them in bulk, because they were down so fast. Even if you have a little bit of wiggle in the rotation, where the bit engages in the hole, there is a great chance you will strip the screw head. Even after heating it with a heat gun, and loosening up the threadlocker.

    Wouldn't buy this as part of my daily carry rotation, but I am going to put it into my EDC tool kit as the utility knife. It's expensive, but I think it will be more user friendly than the other smaller utility knives from OLight or big idea, which I do have to take apart to replace the blade.

      @@axiosg8787 yeah i hear that, every single one of my tools is either milwaukee or klein, you can’t really beat on anything else and expect it to last. i will say though, i haven’t pulled any punches with this utility knife and have even dropped it off a sky jack already and you’d never be able to tell😂😅

      @@AlexAntleTheGreat with the lifetime warranty on klein just being able to trade stuff in for new ones is really nice too, yeah something slimmer and dissappears in the pocket would be nice sometimes so I'll probably end up getting one, I've come to appreciate good box cutters now with the sheer amount of time I spend breaking down boxes and splitting romex and CAT5

      @@axiosg8787 for real, klein is the best. i will also add that the blade that came in my v3 has held up so incredibly well, i’ve cut open at least 10 bundles of conduit, split romex in around 50 boxes, and stripped some 0/4 wire and still haven’t even flipped the edge yet. i’m used to swapping out blades 2 times a week and i haven’t even used the other side of this one in the 2-3 weeks i’ve had it. idk the brand but i’m definitely ordering some when i retire this blade

    Well yeah when you pull out a crappy Husky of course you would say boring. It’s cool but I’ll still keep the 1505 Milwaukee. Definitely not boring and more useful than this.

    Dunno why it occurred to me but when you said “99% of the people through 99.9% of the time…” I realized most people actually use huge kitchen knives 🤦‍♂️

    I cant justify paying $85 for a titanium utilty knife.If you ever seen what I put them $9 husky through it isnt worth the money.Its not like its a collector knife.I go through atleast 2 or three of those huskys a year and its built every bit as good as that titanium one.

      That's the beauty of the knife world. Nothing needs to be justified

      I’d be willing to bet the TiRant will last you a bit longer, but depending on what ur using the knife for and how dirty it will get the bearings might not be the best choice. I do low voltage so the actual handle of my knives don’t see much wear

    Nah the black stuff isn't from the bike, mc, the manliness of the titanium framelock razorblade just rubbed off on your hands.
