Nice! I like the slightly off development with the Ambassador prototype being the Enterprise-D. Makes sense, and opens up speculation that this is the event that collapses the Kelvin timeline. The detailing on the ships was very good. The Excelsior class was nice and sharp and well lit - something we don't see enough of.

It's just incredible how... inspirational the works from OTOY and the Roddenberry Archive have been. They satisfy a thirst that fans have had for a long time.
This is very well done. The ships in both universes looked great. Loved the shifting of the timelines along with the references to Captain Sisko and Spock. I always thought it was horrible writing to kill off Captain Kirk. You don't kill iconic heroes. Your short film along with Unification goes a long way to right those wrongs. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

@ In my opinion your Trek Shorts are one of the two greatest Star Trek fan filmmaking ventures ever. It’s you and Axanar at the zenith! The use of CGI was the best I have seen from you so far. Also, your aging and de-aging is flawless. And I always love to see father and son acting together. You are really making great Star Trek and I can’t wait for the next one. Excellent work!
I enjoyed this. It has been made clear by the creator of this film that “Time is the fire in which we burn” by seeing Garry Mitchell observing all of time in the form of Fire itself. My feeling is that it will all work out. Kirk will live on through Project Phoenix.
Well done, Samuel. Excellent work as always. I also love the way that one of the suddenly more-important (in a way) characters, that fans are really engaging with was born of both Discovery and the Kelvin Timeline. To me, this really shows that having people with the right heart makes all the difference to Trek (and other franchises).

Technically, you can see more of it, in Star Trek Online. The ship is called the Narendra Class Support Cruiser, and was originally supposed to be the class of ship, that the Enterprise-C was going to be, in early seasons, of TNG, cause it was on the ships, that the Enterprise was named.

Incredible, I love the gradual evolution of the Starfleet officer with such few scenes as the years go by, ultimately becoming a captain and having become seasoned enough to expect the question and to answer it with more confidence.

Very nice Samuel! It's a compelling story....interesting where you took this and I'm along for the ride seeing how this fits. I relished seeing the Probert design Ambassador-Class utilized as the Enterprise D in the Kelvin Timeline. The fit and finish of most everything was pleasing to the eye and the dialog was simple without over exposition. ❤💛💙🤓🖖🏾

Thank you for a visually lyrical film that worked very well with the music. Yor makes me think of a creepy Yoda, but he’s very intriguing. Thanks for keeping him so mysterious. Loved the D of the Kelvin timeline. I was eagerly anticipating the name reveal and was happily rewarded, thanks! One question-I saw Nick in the credits as Hunter but didn’t notice him in the film, so I guessed I missed him. That has happened to me missing him a few times in these shorts (which I’ve really loved them all!) I was really happy to see Lt Cmdr Davis make a quip or two about the time travels of Yor. And I really enjoyed seeing you and your dad in the same scene, but I’d love for the next step to happen and you both obviously being in the same shots. Nonetheless, thanks for another outstanding film! You’ve rocked the Galaxy again!
I like the idea of the Narendra class Enterprise-D On a similar note (and kinda of topic) it always bothered me how there wasn't an Enterprise between 2344 and 2363 why wait so long to make another, why wasn't the D just another Ambassador like the A was just another Constitution And who was the flagship during that time?

Thanks so much! We are currently massively over budget on our current set of films and need to go ahead with our $30,000 goal indiegogo very early next year to ensure we dont have to just, pause for many months. Due to the and the...more...ambiguous nature of Unification, it would not feel 100% right to go further into it. Besides, you can do so much with limited quality CG versions each character, i think we pushed it about as far as we can go. Interesting. There are a few really neat details in this - I especially love the Alt-D from the opening. As a prologue to Unification from Yor’s perspective, it’s perhaps a touch sparse on details of who he is and why he, of all people, is doing this - conversely, “sparse on details” is probably best, since over-explaining would get in the way of the visuals (and likely be impossible given tech constraints and, frankly, the lack of canon on the Temporal Wars and Yor’s part in it). Those tech constraints are perhaps a touch more apparent in this piece than in other works you’ve done - a couple of the Yor close-up shots don’t quite stand up, and the walk cycle is a touch basic. I found myself reminded - not unpleasantly, mind you - of Star Trek: Elite Force 2 there. That being said, the effects work generally is up to the usual standard, with solid interior work and beautiful ship flybys - the bridge crewman in the back of the Intrepid bridge is an especially nice detail, and an improvement on the background CGI extras sometimes seen in these films. The darker bridge and out-of-focus probably helps mask it a touch better: the TNG bridge does, by virtue of brightness, expose the CGI for what it is a little more, but I point that out more as an observation than a criticism: I doubt there are many fan films that could do sharper work there. A note I’m confused on - is Yor fulfilling a request Spock made _in general_, or of him specifically? Ambassador Spock’s death being in the 23rd century of the Kelvin timeline suggests the former, but the narration isn’t clear. Again, chalk that up to time and tech constraints. Overall, getting this out in both short order and good condition is an impressive achievement - there’s much to be very proud of here in effects and storytelling, and it serves well as a love letter to Unification.

Love the production value! And absolutely love Proberts unused Ambassador Cladd. Personally always thought that it SHOULD have been the Enterprise D or better yet, TNG should have been about the Enterprise C! Although I disagree with the story. The idea that section 31 stealing Kirk's body and reviving him is not very good story telling. Honestly, a better solution would of been to pull him out of the Nexus again (you never leave the nexus) or have the one God like being from "where no man has gone before" bring him back to life. He is shown floating in space in front of a sun.

I did some math - and if Voyager has the same 3000M3 anti deuterium size tank as Enterprise D , then at warp 9.975 (4364xC) ( based on the 20GJ /200MJ I found ) to create and maintain a warp bubble - then voyager’s tank would last 260 days at warp 9.975, not the rated 12 hours ( but that probably for the coils ) ( if you’d want to use that for some plot device in future stories)

Timeless Arc, quite a film. It's totally logical to give an acr story to square up some explanations. Just one thing is Kirk, the only one to appear in this story. Wonder where Bones and Scottie and the rest were in this film. Such a landmark that they deserve a sequel film. Reunion the next star to the right film. Seeing the old grew together in a similar special board, the original Enterprise fixed to journey where no living being has been into infinity the last adventure of the grew of everywhere. Hi! This was created as a reaction to being on my Trekyards live stream and Sam Witwer the actor who played Kirk, along with Carlos the director of Unification...the lead cinematographer and 2 VFX artists showed up, knew me from Trekyards and chatted to us in the live stream. This felt very personal and i felt we got to know them a litt.e I created a film in 6 days as a reaction to Prodigy being cancelled, and in 9 days after Lower Decks was Cancelled. Actually, we've improved our nutrition room and daily healthcare devices to every ship in United Federation of Planet, they won't be aged so quickly...
Oh sure...but if i looked the same in all 3 eras then there would be no...additional production value or narrative "feel" of going though time. @SGUDistantHope Hi there, I'm not mean 55 is worse than 25 years old when we're considering every starfleet member should be maintain the energetic situation to address challenges in space journey. Meanwhile, if we assume to provide anti-aging as daily specific healthcare and real-time nutrition support to them, their younger biological age will helpful to narrow the gap between hyperspace missions and parallel liner timeline in United Federation of Planet. Anti-aging and reverse age means what's positive energy we'd better to enhance the standard starfleet healthcare systems, very similar to we're suggests that to drink enough water and take some nutrition capsules(eg.

@@PhilTParker great observation 👍 !!!

This is amazing.
Loved the Kelvin Enterprise D - hope we get to see more of it.
Could easily imagine this being an official film, its so great 😀
Technically, you can see more of it, in Star Trek Online. The ship is called the Narendra Class Support Cruiser, and was originally supposed to be the class of ship, that the Enterprise-C was going to be, in early seasons, of TNG, cause it was on the ships, that the Enterprise was named.
Very nicely done. I like the Galloway Easter egg. 👍🖖

Incredible, I love the gradual evolution of the Starfleet officer with such few scenes as the years go by, ultimately becoming a captain and having become seasoned enough to expect the question and to answer it with more confidence.

That has happened to me missing him a few times in these shorts (which I’ve really loved them all!)
I was really happy to see Lt Cmdr Davis make a quip or two about the time travels of Yor. And I really enjoyed seeing you and your dad in the same scene, but I’d love for the next step to happen and you both obviously being in the same shots.
Nonetheless, thanks for another outstanding film! You’ve rocked the Galaxy again!
I like the idea of the Narendra class Enterprise-D
On a similar note (and kinda of topic) it always bothered me how there wasn't an Enterprise between 2344 and 2363 why wait so long to make another, why wasn't the D just another Ambassador like the A was just another Constitution
And who was the flagship during that time?

beautifully done. more please to flesh out more of the story :)
Support or next Indiegogo or us regularly on Patren to ensure we can bring more films to the audience.

Yea definitely 👍 💯
Fascinating. Looking forward to a continuation!
Indeed! Glad you enjoyed! Well...you can watch the continuation in "Unification" ^^

I did some math - and if Voyager has the same 3000M3 anti deuterium size tank as Enterprise D , then at warp 9.975 (4364xC) ( based on the 20GJ /200MJ I found ) to create and maintain a warp bubble - then voyager’s tank would last 260 days at warp 9.975, not the rated 12 hours ( but that probably for the coils )

I watched Unification, I have no idea what it was supposed to be about
Wait, has this been a collab with Unification all along or did you whip this up in the few weeks since Unification aired?
Hi! This was created as a reaction to being on my Trekyards live stream and Sam Witwer the actor who played Kirk, along with Carlos the director of Unification...the lead cinematographer and 2 VFX artists showed up, knew me from Trekyards and chatted to us in the live stream. This felt very personal and i felt we got to know them a litt.e
I created a film in 6 days as a reaction to Prodigy being cancelled, and in 9 days after Lower Decks was Cancelled.
I am able to react to content which Newley comes out/or news...this does mean that i put aside any paying work and spend the massive time and sometimes budget to get these filmed for the fans.

@@SGUDistantHope I did think that the use of Yor was effective and I like the design of the Kelvin Enterprise D.
Actually, we've improved our nutrition room and daily healthcare devices to every ship in United Federation of Planet, they won't be aged so quickly...
Oh sure...but if i looked the same in all 3 eras then there would be no...additional production value or narrative "feel" of going though time. Besides...most films cant do ageing/de-ageing so...its something we have as a value add.
Besides i think i looked pretty good for 55!

Vc, Ve, etc).
