    You don't necessarily need rest days, it depends on the pace of recovery of a body, and workout routine. I wrkout 6 days a week, sometimes I go over 10 days without rest, although my workouts are at home, less strenuous and are always unaided (without weights). Infact I try to have least rest days as it gives me consistency and It has served me well. I tend to stop working out completely when I take too many rest days.

      Laziness can only be overcome by showing up; either show up at the gym 3days a week or take a sport twice a week. Increase protein intake to be healthy.

    Sir I am really confused about the amount of whole eggs to consume in a day if i am doing muscle building..
    Some websites are suggesting that the egg yolk would increase the risk of heart disease. So eliminating egg yolks is good if not how much whole should i eat for my overall health in a day... Please reply my query as soon as possible.... You are the only guy that i believe blindly....i am a subscriber of yours on youtube from a long and following you since then.....🙏The website are suggesting that the Cholesterol in eggs yolks is harmful so eating 2 or 1 whole egg is ideal not more than that?       Depends on your body recovery
      If you feel recovered next day you can take off days later
      If you feel body is not recovered then take off in between

    Being a 28 year old woman , I have been into strength training from the past 1 year. My daily intake is approx 50-55 gram of protein via eggs, chicken and other dietary items( yet no supplement ).
    But now I have hit the Plateau from the last 3-4 months and got stuck at 53-54 kg of body weight . My ideal weight range is between 47-50 kg. I don't know what to do next.
    You tube tells me to bring dietary changes which I did but then I gained weight.
    Plz provide help regarding breaking the plateau and how to deal with it in the future as well.

      ​​@@SiddySid20 I hope @Hypertroph responds to your message but if this could be of your help- if you want to loose weight and I'll recommend going into calorie deficit but try to increase the protein intake in a structured way, hit fir 60gms and if digestion is easy then hit fir 65gms and so on. Play around with lean protein sources like more egg whites and chicken breasts(here a good protein powder can be of your help as you'll get the best quality 25-30gms of protein within 150 calories. Try to push your workouts either by increasing the repetitions or by increasing the sets(you can perform cheat reps and partials in the end of each set but in a controlled way to prevent the injuries). And don't forget to complete your daily fibre goals too as hitting high protein diet, sometimes the fibres are ignored which causes constipation ( you can include isabgol or green leafy vegetables). I hope this will be of your help. Happy fitness journey ✌️

      Hi, I suggest you take atleast 80 gms Protein first and foremost
      I am not sure if you even need to lose fat anymore
      I dont think 47-50 kg is your ideal weight range (Watch my previous video for this)

      @@ManiShankar-m4o Immense thanks for your suggestions. Well, I'm already on a calorie deficit diet but as now I'm moving towards heavy lifting, recovery rate is getting slower. Supplement is the next stop, I guess.

      80 grams is a huge task, but I will try to achieve it. And yes, I still want to lose fat and gain muscle. I did lose 6-7 kg of body weight in the past 9-10 months (I was 60 kg with a 5 ft height) and now I'm stuck due to the plateau. Honestly, it's irritating and disappointing.

    Siddharth bhai it's recommended that you need x amount of protien for muscle growth but many people whose daily protien intake is even x/2, still they build a great physique, please explain this .

    Bhaya my hair care routine is like 1. I do everyday shower (with only water , no shampoo) 2. dry with just normla towel, 3.Apply oil very little to ends of hair to keep moisture whole day, but becoz of that my forehead gets oily, tell we what to do, any other routine in budget am i doing anyting worng, they above routine i follow everyday. If i wont apply oil after shower my gets too dry and pluffy, i get pssed off for that

    Bro ive had kidney stone pain thrice,one was 8 years ago,next 4 years ago and again last year once.

    Sir i am a full vegetarian should i build a aesthetic physique if i don’t consume whey and complete 1.8 g of protein per kg of bw and 50 g comes from dairy remaining from grains and legumes like rajma , chapati , rice if i train till failure daily ??

      What's your current weight? If you are overweight then do some dieting first along with gym. Because if you start overweight 1.8g per bw from vegetarian sources would be very high calorie. If you are normal weight or underweight then its perfect. Also I suggest you to include soya chunks also as they are another complete good quality source. You can also get amul skimmed milk powder, which gives 35g protein per 100g with around 300-350 calories which is pretty good after soya chunks in vegetarian sources. Prioritise soya chunks, then skimmed milk powder and then other dairy products and legumes as last priority as they offer least protein with highest no of calories. All the best.

    bro mai aapki har bat se agree karta hun , but plz mai ek cheez puch raha hun ho sake to reply karna , jaise ki aapne kaha carb cycling ke bare me - to suppose ki meri maintenance calories 2500 ke aash pash aaye theek hai and maine fat loss ke liye 400 calories ka deficit rakha okk to ye to already kam hai and suppose mai working days pe 2100 ki jagah 2200 calories intake rakha okk and ab agr mai rest days pe us 2200 calories ko balance out karne ke liye apni calories aur kam karta hun like agr 2100 se around 1850 calories kahan hoga okk lekin jaise ki mera maintenance calories 2500 thi aur ab mai rest days pe 1800 almost pe aagaya to ye bahut jada deficit ho jayega n and ye problem ho sakti hai i guess , to kya ham apni working days ki mild calories inc. to vahi dene de and rest days pe normal jo weight loss ke liye jaruri calories hai uspe nahi aa skate kya ? kyu ki aapne hi ek bar kaha tha ki ye maintaince calories accurate nahi hoti to agr thoda bhi kam jada hua to body me bahut cheezo ko deficiency ho jayega n ?plzz agr aap cmnt padho to reply dena ,

      Just focus on avg calorie intake
      1800 is not a big calorie deficit at all, nothing to worry about
      Anyhow, body operates on avg calorie intake
