      @@amitamit6564 try to find ur maintenance calories!
      And then eat in calories deficits!
      For example- if your maintenance calories is 1800 then you have to eat calories less than 1800 for fat loss. It could be 1500 1600 etc!.

      @@Hypertroph its been 15 days I'm in calories deficit also daily going gym ,not loosing weight 😭😭
      My protein intake is equal to my body weight.
      🥺 Is that the reason?
      Or only calorie deficit and gym will loose weight??

    I always love watching your videos, all videos are really informative, thank you for breaking myths and bringing facts to us, I have 1 question as I am a vegetarian and sometimes don't like to eat repetitive foods every day and end up with low protein at the end of the day, so my question what is the max limit of taking whey protein or what should be the ideal percentage of meeting protein need from whole food and whey protein?
