The bacteria in the mouth can enter our bloodstream either if there is a infection in the gum or you have a root canal, having removed one or more teeth. These give the bacteria in the mouth a direct highway to the arteries and can cause heart problems. I hope this is clear 🫀🙏

I just started following your channel from last 6 months. Before your channel, followed many other channels to reduce body waight and get fit but never able to achieve my body fat percentage for last 10 years. But in last 6 months, i have reduced 10 KG body wait and reached body fat percentage just below 20. Now i am confident that i can reach to 15 percentage and maintain below 20 always. Also increased muscle mass in last 6 months. I have been following what all you said in this video and all other videos. the way you are explaining, it gives confidence that anyone can get fit if that person is serious to get fit. Heart Health:
1. Heart connects with arteries
2. If we connect all arteries one after another it will convert 100,000 kms = 2.5 times around earth
3. If blood vessels caring blood to organ It called as a Arteries
4. If arteries blockage is towards down body then it will create a discomfort and tension in your body.
5. But if blockage is in blood vessels which are going towards heart then it is called as a Heart Attack (Myocardial Infarction)
6. If that blockage happens in a brain blood vessels (Cartoid Artery) then it is called a stroke (Brain Attack)
7. Both conditions you need an immediate medical emergency.
8. Best Tip: You should live near hospital.
Heart Attack:
Heart attack is the 95% of reasons for a death.
1. Reasons of Heart Attack:
1. Atherosclerosis & Plaque Buildup (It is the 90% reason of a heart attack)
1. It starts from an early age like 20s.
2. It takes years to build a plaque.
3. So, stop plaque buildup as soon as.
4. Reasons of a Plaque Build:
1. Unhealthy Blood
2. Damage to Epithelium cell (Epithelium cell means inner layer of a artery) or Endothelium Damage (Disfunction Endothelium):
1. Damage reasons will be Smoking
2. Blood Pressure
5. The main reason is Metabolic Disease or Metabolic Syndrome or Insulin Resistance Syndrome.
1. In world, 90% people are having metabolic disease.
2. Only 1 man out of 8 is metabolically healthy.
3. But good news is It is preventable and reversible.
2. How to find Metabolic Disease: There are 5 parameters of Metabolic disease, if you got 3 out 5 then, you will be having a metabolic disease. It will put you in a High risk.
1. Obesity (Abdominal Obesity) Waist Circumference :
1. Men > 40 inch
2. Women > 35 inch
2. Triglycerides Levels:
1. > 150 ml/dL
3. HDL Cholesterol:
1. Men < 40 mg/dL
2. Women < 50 mg/dL
4. Blood Sugar:
1. > 100 mg/dL
1. Normal: 70-99 mg/dL
2. Pre-Diabetic: 100-125 mg/dL
3. Diabetic (Type 2): > 126 mg/dL
5. Blood Sugar:
1. > 130/85
6. Stress:
1. You can’t measure, but it might be a risky.
2. Chronic Mental Stress erodes away your health.
3. Reasons of Stress:
1. Always Rushing
2. Always Busy
4. Two types of Behaviour:
1. Type A: Always checking mobile, Always you need an information, Rushing, busy schedule. Design a slow life.
2. Type B:
5. How to reduce stress:
1. Healthy relationships
2. Become Calm
6. Don’t compromise sleep : very important parameter.
7. Smoking:
1. Chemically damage arteries
2. It build plaque.
3. Meet a Cardiologist: Below are the scans you need to do, to get to know a Metabolic Disease parameters:
1. Blood Report
2. CAC Scan
3. CT Angiogram
4. Men Above 40 & Women above 50 - Must get Checked!
5. But, above all 5 parameters are very low standards, but we want a bulletproof health, so our standard parameters are as follows (Below parameters can reverse above all metabolic disease parameters):
1. Healthy Body Fat Percentage:
1. Men: 10 - 20%
2. Women: 18- 30%
3. If you only focus on above parameter all other parameters automatically align in a proper order.
4. If your fat percentage is not in that level, then your other parameters will also get disturb.
2. Build Muscle:
1. It is an asset creation for a body.
2. If you build a 5-10kgs muscles before 50 then, your life will be on another level.
3. Muscle tissue is a biggest shield against insulin resistance.
3. How to do muscle build:
1. Exercise
2. Diet
3. That’s it. You just need to make a lifestyle change for next 8-9 months.
4. Healthy Lipids:
1. We want High HDL (Good Cholesterol)
2. We want Low LDL (Bad Cholesterol) or ApoB particle.
3. If we do a proper blood work then we can see ApoB is what basically forms the plaque.
4. Triglycerides Levels should be low.
5. Below of the notes is the chart of all Lipid levels
6. Every year you should check your lipid levels or Blood check.
7. We just to create a positive environment in a body means Low inflammation and good insulin sensitivity. Body is smart enough to do a rest of the things.
8. You can reverse a plaque size by doing all above parameters.
9. You can only control Exercise & diet.
6. Actionable Exercise & Diet:
1. Enough Protein
1. At least 1 g/kg for basic health.
2. Atleast 1.6. g/kg to build muscles.
2. Fiber (Vegetables & Fruits)
1. At least 300-500 gram vegetables per day.
3. Avoid Processed Food:
1. Focus on whole foods.
2. Avoid Trans Fats food
3. Avoid Partially Hydrogenated vegetable oils food
4. It directly affects you HDL level and increase LDL level.
5. Toxic Facts
6. You check those parameters on a food contents list.
4. Add Omega 3:
1. 2-3 gms/day
2. Good for maintain Lipid levels
5. Blood Sugar:
1. 3-5 days a week exercise mainly strength training.
6. Blood Pressure:
1. Pressure on a arteries
2. It also called a hyper tension.
3. Medication is important
4. Healthy levels: < 120/80
5. Control salt if you have a blood sugar
7. If you only do a 5-10% weight loss can lead to improved lipid metabolism.
8. But Let’s focus on excellence, not a bare minimum.
9. Also build your cardiovascular fitness
1. In a week do 150 mins/week zone 2 cardio
2. Zone 2 Cardio:
1. Heart Rate is between 60-80% of max
2. Means you can talk while doing workouts but next guy should recognise that you’re working out.
3. 15 mins incline treadmill with 15-20 incline level and speed around 5.
4. Daily rules of Life:
1. Walk 15 mins after big meals
2. Walk 15 mins after waking up (In Early morning sun)
3. You can also add a one zone 4 or 5 (VO2 Max) session a week to boost your cardiovascular health. 15-20 mins will be enough.

I am a beginner when it comes to fitness and I am thinking of enrolling in your hypertroph course and learn more about & implement diet & exercise.
But after learning from the course, will I able to structure a work-out plan with primarly bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment (like pull up bar) to follow for a while ? Coz I can't join a gym right now due to my current situation.
They will provide an exercise substitution guide, there you will find every variation of specific exercise movements including bodyweight ones, however not every exercise has bodyweight variation, u can buy resistance bands instead.
