Hi Rick, I am so glad I found your channel. I am doing the 10 minute 1,000 walking workout 3 times a day. 10 min after breakfast, 10 min after lunch and 10 min after dinner. I am 74 and will be 75 on the 1st of September. I am scheduled for surgery on the 19th of June and decided to start walking to strengthen my body and mind. I will start the 10 minutes Cardio after lunch on Monday but will continue the 10 min 1,000 steps after breakfast and dinner. I am having fun. Blessings Always Ms.P ❤️ 🙏🏿
Hello Rick! I just wanted to thank you for putting these videos on TH-cam. I broke two ribs on Dec 28th, I was in pain, but I was determined to stay active while recovering. I found your channel and started walking on January 2nd and it kept me motivated. I ended up doing multiple walks during the day and now I can say that I've been working out regularly (cardio, hiit, weights, etc.) for two weeks. I loved the walks so much that I decided to add little walks throughout the day to keep my mood elevated since I can't help but smile, dance and sing when I do these workouts. Thank you soooo very much! :D

I am a 72 year old woman with arthritic bone to bone knees. I love your videos and use them to work out nearly every day. I have on a couple of occasions accomplished doing 2 of the 5000 steps videos in one day, and I am averaging about 7000 steps a day, just walking and dancing with you. Thank you! This was nice! I've been dealing with a condition called pseudo tumor cerebri which is caused by hypertension of the brain. It is causing my pituitary gland to be squished which in turn has caused all kinds of issues from weight gain to hormone and emotional imbalances. I appreciate your laid back video. I feel like I finally accomplished a workout that my body can handle. Thanks for the high five. UPDATE: I am down 65lbs as today. My workouts? ONLY GFWR. I walk around the neighborhood with my dog for 20 mins 1-3x weekly, but my schedule is so tight.. I rely heavily on stackin a single or couple workouts here just to fit movement into my busy life. Eating balanced, healthy, food logging and daily weighing, measuring monthly, and focusing on daily stretching has helped so much. I have FMS, so I honestly questioned IF this would be possible. My rheumatologist is thrilled. Way fewer meds. PCP is the same. Cholesterol lowered into tha pocket. Overall, I have WAY LESS FMS flares, and daily pain has been minimized.
I AM SO FOREVER THANKFUL I FOUND THESE WORKOUTS!!

Absolutely love this one. It’s perfect for winding down but as someone with multiple heath problems, it’s easy to feel like a failure when you can’t muster up the energy to do a workout. This is gentle and a slow enough pace to be manageable but still allows you to feel like you’ve hit your goal (whilst still being gentle with yourself). Thanks Rick!
