@@kellyweinheimer342 Kelly - My favorite is a glass jar; mason jar size quart. ■ There are plastic strain tops designed for sprouting that fit the large mouth/lid jars; these tops may help in rinse daily. But, I am sure any glass would work and have a fine grid strainer system over the top of jar while changing out the water rinse to keep the sprouts clean and hydrated. Kits/equipment are available, and I believe I have heard of using cheesecloth as a bag to grow sprouts inside that is hung and soaked when needing routine hydration. M

The best usage is to harvest promptly and not later due to browning. I have not done this, but a staggering of two or three jars planted on different days about 2 days apart would provide a steady harvest instead of a 5 day cycle. M

Personally I need to know how to deal with substances that cause me to have very loose stools. I react to sulfites, onions, garlic and peppers. I try to avoid all of them but sometimes have problems. It feels like my body is rejecting the contents of my digestive system.

Is there a type/ brand of green tea and matcha that we should be using. I’m worried some might not be as strong or good for me. I’ve just had a full mastectomy due to breast cancer diagnosis and have been told by a geneticist that I’m at risk of stomach, pancreatic and ovarian cancer.
Have cut out red meat and dairy, had already cut processed foods, processed carbs and most sugars.

Your gut can heal. There are several ways to heal any gut starting with old remedies like raw cabbage and or celery juice. Balance or rid pilori, l- glutamine. So much info out there are gut now including which probiotics to take when. Everyone is different but it can be done. It’s the limited diet and lack of gut bacteria that causes some of 5he problems. Eating lots of small quantities of of huge varieties helps. Oxylates and lectins are some money making non scientific hope a few influencer doctors have made fame and money from. Organic raw veggies heal, especially cruciferous and even tomatoes.
