You were very brave and done the right thing for Bella, she had reached the stage when she could no longer enjoy life and was probably in pain so unselfish of you. Think on it this way, don't you wish we could do the same for our human loved ones ,not to have them suffer.and as we all know "throwing up " as anyone knows is far harder to endure than pain. You let her go to rest after a terrific life,she would be so grateful to you . great dog greater owner. Wish we had euthenesia for our human loved ones,saw so many of mine die in agony

I see that little poodle dog walking over Bells grave it know that her friend is there I am so sorry forypur loss. I lost my Little Dashhound from cancer .some of her blood is still on the carpet one spot I won't get rid of that spot that all I have left of her.
They say being part of being a responsible pet owner is knowing when to say goodbye. What they don't tell you is just how much it hurts having to say it. Daniel, you've given Bella 11 of the best years of her life, you've got so many memories on film and when the time is right you'll be able to look back and smile at her antics. Bella, you'll be one very missed girl, sleep beautifully baby girl ❤❤

Sorry for your loss the grief comes in waves..we lost our 10yr old Great Dane 1 week ago to leg cancer. People don’t always understand how important these pets are. They are loyal, loving, greet you eagerly every time you enter a room. They keep trying to please you. I’m so sorry for you for your the decision you had to make. Those beautiful brown eyes
I lost my lab about 3 weeks ago and she’s been right there with me everywhere I went. I cried cause i know what he just went through.

Bella was a beautiful, loyal girl. I said it in another post but to me she was Creek Life. I loved seeing her swim with the boys, get water from her pond in the yard and be in the background playing with the other dogs. She is loved more than she knows and I am so sorry she passed on
I spent my entire career in the Veterinary field, putting a pet to rest became one of the most respected treatments I did.
Allowing this pet that loves so deeply and unconditionally to be humanly put to rest.
Was it rewarding, not at all.
It was an ease for the entire family.
No one loves us like our pets.
My heart aches for all of the Arms family members.

The unconditional love and devotion of a dog comes at heartfelt price when we have to say goodbye and let them cross the rainbow bridge.Such a Beautiful and peaceful spot you chose for her. I have two beautiful golden retrievers and the time is getting near for the older one to let her go as she is starting to struggle more frequently.The thought of continuing life without her is almost unbearable even though I still have the younger golden retriever to help me through. One could tell Bella loved her family. She went to the creek one last time swimming with the boys - she was so so happy, you could see it on her face. That is the memory we need to hold dear.

How can something so beautiful and pure not have a soul that lives forever. I feel they are Gods little "messengers" to show us what unconditional love is and that we should show that unconditional love to mankind. They're special.

I saw it too in her face. I started crying immediately. I knew. Been down that road several times with my cats over the years. When it's my dog's time, it will just about kill me.

We lost our family dog of 14 years some years ago it got to the point he didn't have the energy to move from the bottom of the stairs we took him to the vet and found out something even more precious. He was a Golden Lab and had some kid of degenerative condition to do with his skull, and the vet asked how old he was before putting him down 14 years old we told him. He was blown away he said usually their health declines and they don't live 2 or 3 years after that happens. We never knew that every year he was with us was a miracle that his health stayed intact. We didn't bury him parents got him cremated and kept his ashes none of us have had another dog or pet since.
I am so sorry with the lost of Bella especially since she was everywhere you went. What joy it was to see Bella go swimming with Houston and Jacobi in the creek and in the pond outside your door recently. Our memories are not your memories but we are so blessed you shared so many of them with us. RIP our dear Bella ❤🐕❤

5 years ago, we had the best pack of 6 dogs and 4 cats.
We now have 1 dog and one cat.
They all lived 15 to 17 years, and we've had to say goodbye to each one. The last just the other day
Never does it get any easier, never have we said ohhh but we still have 4.
Each one is gut-wrenching.
But I have never hesitated, and I thank God we have the ability to end their suffering.
I feel and share each tear with you.

We just buried a family member too, she was a 14 year old lab named Daisy.
She walked down the isle at my wedding before my wife. She spent countless hours hunting and being a great friend. We know your pain all to well as it’s been only 2 weeks.

I just lost my baby girl of 3 and a half years a few weeks ago. I can't believe its already been 3 weeks. She had chronic hepatitis. We tried so hard to save her, but there was nothing we could do.. two weeks of fighting to get her to eat, to get her liver to function again.. two weeks of her turning to nothing but skin and bones and pain. My heart breaks so much for you and your Bella. I've had a few dogs in my life, but none as special, as important as Deanna. I feel like I've lost my soulmate. I empathize, deeply, with your loss. My black lab, Gabby, died two summers ago. Just after she passed, I had a dream. She was running and playing in a flower field with my mother, who had been blind and bed ridden for 12 years. When they looked over and saw me, my mom said, “Cathy, don’t cry”. I miss them both every day. I’m sorry for your loss, but also thankful for all your memories with Bella. ❤
