I can see a lot of use in the old well house because I was a crafty person and always remember it is hard to see others vision. Just trust in his vision even if it looks like a waste to you. There are programs you have to go for them yourself. You should not have to have 40,000.00. My medical bills was over 2 million so far. Thank goodness I have medicare.

You should prioritize soil health. Planting nitrogen fixers like clover will also very much attract honey bees. With experience you will learn the best rotation of plants for each particular field. The more earthworms that are present the better the job you are doing.
Putting some Sun flowers on your fence lines sounds like it’ll be a good thing. I had a 50 foot fence in town and that’s what I planed some sunflowers along the fence line and the birds went nuts even had a turkey and some dear😮

If you ever need anything, your brother probably has it. Older folks never got rid of anything. Saved old clothing for patches and rugs, 🍅 ties. Grass roots,, salt of the earth, and ALWAYS available to help. I’m not an in-law, but an out-law and I moved over 100 miles away. If I could visit them I would, for sure!!! A member of his family allowed us to have a memorial at his farm/wedding event/ SUPER HALLOWEEN place (so his property is, pretty much of the time, commercial) for our daughter, so…..FABULOUS FAMILY!!!! Babs, when my ex and I split his family, uncles, aunts, cousins all are still my family. I even went to family reunions and he didn't. We were married 35 years so they were family. He passed several years ago and his wife (person he cheated with) didn't even put out an obituary listing the kids and grandchildren. She was a real gem😂.

Daniel, I've got a brother like that. He's a good guy and can get things running that I couldn't. He once found a drill in the dumpster that didn't work, and he got it to work and it quit eventually. God bless y'all.

Given how much scrap lumber was around he might have squirreled enough away to rebuild it. Call it a hunch but don't put it past him to fix the mower if it needs it.
