    Here's a 10 minute light flexibility workout that only takes 10 minutes and you can do this from home because no equipment is needed! This is for you if you're not feeling the greatest such as being on your period, or have low energy and/or feeling under the weather but want some light movement in.
    *I do talk throughout the video to guide you but feel free to mute me and just follow along visually while playing your own music that will hype you up!!*
