    Searching for the Perfect Alternative: Before we get started, I decided to do a little experiment. I replaced traditional wheat flour with lupine flour, a fantastic low carb option. And instead of seed oil, I opted for avocado oil, which is full of healthy fats and perfect for high-temperature cooking.

    Ma la farina di lupini è consentita in keto?

      ciao, si è compatibile con un alimentazione keto, contiene circa 10g di carboidrati per 100g di prodotto, va usata con moderazione, ma, per esempio nella mie colombine di pasqua ne ho usato solo 10g (insieme alla fibra di bambù) e ne sono venute 3 da 100g.
      Bisogna solo stare attenti a chi soffre di allergie ad arachidi, fagioli e lenticchie, contiene allergeni simili.
