I have a Samsung a52s 5g and it's just too creamy, the galaxy s8+ is also very good I agree but I fucked mine up, it's only exterior damage, to the screen and camera lens cover, there's no damage to the motherboard or any of the processors, so I would also recommend this phone

Still using mine since 2018. No burn in, battery still good, performance great. But this screen, oh my, razor sharp and the colors are just breathtaking. Even afterhaving it for 3 years now, everytime I turn the screen on Im impressed. Tried a few new mid tier phones like a51 or xiaomis and they dont even come close to the premium factor and screen quality of s8+.

Got mine since day 1 release, but has severe burn in issues, battery performance is extremely bad. Other than that still a very good phone and was definitely worth the expense. Will probably get the oneplus 9 or 9 pro this month though.

I've been a S8 Plus owner since 2017 and I can honestly confirm that it's total worth it in 2021 it's still very capable but only reccomend it if you can find it for a cheap price because its stuck on android 9. If you can you spend more money I'd reccomend the S10 Plus for the oldest. it's more futureproof

my s8+ is still great! no burn in, still quick, feels premium, looks pretty, wireless charging, still got a good camera, no cracks or dings, only very light scratches on screen.

I think people who gets burn in are those who just dont know how to take care of their devices like leaving the screen turn on for 10 minutes or more. Ive had the oppo r9s for 4 years and samsung a5 2016 for 5 years and i didnt get a single burn in and they are amoled plus during that time i didnt even know what burn in is but i always lock my phone when im not using it just to save battery.

This phone was soooo freaking nice looking when it came out in 2017 and it still does look good. Although the performance isnt as good as the way it looks, 4GB of RAM just doesnt cut it anymore for some apps and even the UI, 4GB was the amount of RAM on the S6 edge + which was a phone released in 2015! 4GB in 2021 is quite daring. But despite sub par performance its still is a great phone for someone who is looking for something old but with a great screen, design and a decent camera.

I'm still using my S8+ rn and I can say that Samsung doesn't update anymore. But for me, it's good. It will not make my apps crash anymore. No additional space and the system will be smooth like it is. So it's all about a matter of preference and experienced why you switched to iOS.

@@sheperdnewton07 yeah but I have a reason why I say it's better , I don't have to be charged for storage when I can simply clear it out and don't have the "other" option, I can surpass apps that's not on the play store by apk chrome, price is cheaper, screens are stronger, headphone jack, doesn't die as fast, free music, more apps are free on android. When searching for the same apps i saw that it was charged on ios and wasn't on android

If you compare it to ip 7 yes, but x, 8 are above s8 plus, s8 is the worse samsung ever created at this point, burn in display, usb C port always breaks and tge batery life sucks, 9 had a bigger improvement but is all about what you like, i changed 5 phones in 6 month because non were for me (p30 pro was trashy, xr had a small batery, 11 pro was too small and the battery sux, note 10 plus was good but it wasn't 5g and the exynos sucked ) and now I use a xiaomi for the snap 865, 108mp camera and 5g
