Master Lu lived to a ripe old age of 118years, but I don't think this video was made when he was 118 years old. Maybe when he was 80-90, which is still an amazing feat.

There is something to this. Im 50, have terrible lower back pain, have done yoga for 15 years, but since ive tried qigong i feel so much better. "The dragon" is so easy, but so great for my hips-every old person hould try it, you don't even have to get on the floor! Just do it!
