    Love this. I have so much more endurance than I did when I started working out a year ago. I can do this whole video without stopping. I even left my air off so I would sweat more and I sure did sweat. Now Im hydrating and feeling great. Love this oldie but goodie!

    Great cardio workout! I like the way that the workout has different of moves and also that you build upp the moves by first do the slowly and then quick. :)

    I still come back to this old workout in my afternoon movement break rotation. It really gets my heart pumping! I am so much better at this workout than I was back then.

    This was on yesterday's Bodyfit by Amy calendar but I pushed it until today. I'm so glad she's implemented some timers on her more recent workouts and she talks a little more clearly about how many seconds on and how many seconds off for the HIIT. This was still a good workout and I'm glad I did it and even pushed myself into the high intensity jumping aspects of some of the moves. It was also great because it was so upright and didn't require getting down on the floor for planks/mountain climbers/etc.

    In your beginner low impact cardio which I love for break time, you mention this, so when it popped up as a recommended video I tried it. ~ 8 minutes in with no rest (I'm used to those 10-15 seconds to recover in most of your videos) I started feeling nauseous and had to slow WAY down to finish. Not a format that works for me without time for heart rate to come down.

    Could you write that this is High Intensity in the title? Didn't know there wouldn't be resting...
