Hello, Please clarify 100% versus 100% P&T. Also, please clarify how the VA is going broke and how the VA denies everything and how a VA Disability Attorney is the ONLY way to ALJ and AAJ out the case. thank you to both of you.
its true we don't qualify unless it was a dental med discharge or your 100% or retired 20_ yrs. I'm rated at 90% permanent med retirement and i don't even qualify. Its all about pinching the penny when it comes to the VA
I think after 10- years of receiving 90% disability. I think your rating is protected. I'm like 90% sure unless it changed. I'm approaching the 10 yr mark next year that's how i know.
1970s Airborne Ranger, 67 years old now. Medical records cannot be found. I've been at 40% for arthritic spine, hips, knees and left ankle + hearing loss since 2012. Tried to get an increase starting on 03 July 2023, but unfortunately I got with a bad company, they hyped up the 90%. But after C&P exam, I was denied for an increase.
Hi CCK, Thank you for providing all the information about VA benefits. I'm particularly interested in dental benefits, as I haven't been to a dentist in decades. Your video mentions that dental care is available for those rated at 90%. Could you please confirm this and advise me on how to access these benefits at my local VA medical center? They have informed me that I do not qualify for dental care, despite my 90% rating.

If a supplemental claim comes back at a rating that you do not agree with, could you do another supplemental claim for the same issue, or would an appeal be better option?
Yes, you can appeal with another supplemental claim WITH 'new' evidence, even as little as, let's say, a personal statement on VA Form 21-4138. And YES, you can do an HLR if denied for supplemental claim. Do one of the two which is best for you. Again, this would be for any 'denied' claims. You can also do the 'Board' appeal i forgot to mention, BUT that's a lengthy wait.
A lot of close, but near miss information here. They suggest dental care is available at 90%, but don't even begin to address all the restrictions and limitations. Also they talk about VA $ burial benefits, but don't touch on the option for burial at VA national cemeteries, or VA grant funded state, tribal or territorial cemeteries. A veteran would be far better served going to a Veterans Service Organization for claims assistance with no fee. Only in an extreme case should a lawyer be consulted. And, this group should use some of the law books on their set to look up the difference between internment and interment. Not a lot here that builds confidence. :-(
Hello My husband is at 90% as of last year and would like to know how we can get 100% they gave him only 10% for IBS and he was hoping to get at least 30% for IBS. He as got the PACT last year. Can you please let us know how to get the 100%. Thank you!
Depends on where you're at for 90% combined. On the VA Math scale, are you at the low end of 85, or the high end of 94? At 94, you only need one more 10% to get you to 95 ( 💯). At 85, you need another 100 to get you the real 💯%. Go with 'increases' or 'secondaries'.
not true. I am 90% med retired for the last 10 years and i dont get dental. you must have completed 20+ yrs or at 100% or have gotten out with a dental issue thats rated.
thanks for watching with us! Check the link in the description to learn more about the benefits that could be available to you with a 90% VA rating.

Why would it get reduced?

I’m a son of a vet and I put my claim in over a year and half ago and I haven’t heard anything. Even I call and no new news😢
I’m 90% and can’t get dental help, how do I get help?
How can we get the dental?! VA always says no.
Only if you're service-connected at 100%, or had an injury while in service pertaining to dental. 90% will NOT get you free dental.
PLEASE put out an update video on Haskell Vs McDonough!!!!
