The oil pulling sounds logical but the concern about potentially clogging your sink is certainly a consideration when recommending it. You mention that you can spit the oil into the toilet but could that also cause plumbing issues? I also want to ask this: if oil pulling traps bacteria that you then spit out, how is that any different from using mouthwash? Isn’t that what mouthwash also does? Maybe I’m missing something here but it sounds like you’re doing the same thing with the two different options.
