Bile salts helps tremendously, stop alcohol, gluten, sugar and starches. Take care of your liver and exercise.

Hello there! I’ve been tuning in to the gutology podcast and am now 5 episodes in and the information provided is EXTREMELY useful and I am so glad I stumbled upon your podcasts and look forward to upcoming episodes. I have struggled and literally suffered with systemic gut issues for decades now since I was a child and am so grateful this info is becoming mainstream so people don’t have to suffer as I have with gut issues taking over and effecting the whole body.
I actually was trying to contact you all directly but have been unable to find how to do so, I have a few suggestions on upcoming episode topics that also directly correlate to the previous episodes, how can I contact you? Thank you!

The part on fasting is useful only for those that can do the fasts (outside of sleep). Which isn't everyone. Yet, this whole motility argument suggests that a person who eats every two hours would be so backed up that they would be throwing up their food.

When I was a child I thought using the toilet every 3 days was normal. It wasn’t until I got married and my husband was using toilet every morning I realized I had a problem.

Can iron deficiency be linked to diverticulosis? My mum, 76 is suffering from both conditions...she is so constipated, lots of pain and near permanent fatigue...terribly worried bout her. Will do anything to help her ease this gruesome discomfort in her life

Any practitioners you can recommend in Australia? Ideally in Queensland.
