How does the Standard Western Diet affect your immune system?
After no more pain in abdomen, what's best to eat...like or high fibre? I get some bloating , but depends on what I eat, so doing broths, plant milk, brown rice cakes and plain brown rice, and meats. Fruits and steamed veggies only. Probiotics and digestive enzymes.
I took Flygly n Cipro .n worked for me .n was recommended by a commentator on another video .I'm good now .If I do feel pain ,I just repeat meds.
Burning now
I’ve had three flareups just since Thanksgiving, which is very unusual for me. It usually like once every six months or so. but I noticed the intake of sugar over the holidays and even just a little bit of sugar now I don’t know what the deal is with that, but I actually started with the diagnosis and had the worst after I was on a raw food diet don’t ever do that. It’s bad.
Okay so how do I fix it?!
Makes a lot of sense! Thanks for this piece of advice
Thank you!
DV is the WORST pain I have ever experienced. I have suffered with this disease for 20 years or more now. While the 'cause' of diverticulosis might be diet and life-style related, I can tell you without shadow of doubt that the diverticulitis is always triggered by stress. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
How often do you need to take apple cider vinegar. I am having recently lots of pain . I will try this let’s see thank you .
This is the most informative information on this, iv'e ever seen. Very happy with this video ! Thank you..
I eat no sugar or starches just meat veg and salads and still get bad pain sometimes 3 weeks at a time
Who tells their patients to have porridge first thing in the morning?.Carbohydrates?... that's the worst thing any of us can have first thing in the morning. That's why we're all fat and sick...Oatmeal pancakes waffles in the morning makes for a sugar crash 2 hours later... Then what are we doing?... we're stuffing our face again With more carbs and sugar and the cycle, continues. Instead Eat protein like eggs and bacon or some type of meat in the morning. Stick with mostly carnivore , which is natural animal products instead of Margarine use real butter!... instead of velveta ...use real cheddar!... Instead of seed oil , they like to stuff in everything we eat ... cook with natural animal fats that we are supposed to eat! our bodies know how to break those things down... We've ate that way for hundreds of thousands of years. Our body doesn't recognize Cotton seed oil Vegetable oil Red dye 40. Hopefully things change here in America really soon and they take a lot of the crap out of our food that never should have been there in the first place!!!
cut the fiber to 0 (ZERO) AND increase the liquid intake (water, soup, milk etc - 3 liters per 24 hours minimum for mid-size adults). walk 5 000 - 10 000 steps a day. probiotics, glutamine, collagen, good sleep, infrared sauna, no artificial sweetners, no smoking, add magnesium supplement, use squat toilet, acetaminophen for pain = all helps healing by reducing the strain to your colon. Fiber Menace - book by Konstantin Monastyrsky. what they call "healthy food" is causing your problems. you are welcome!
So the psoriasis is a inflamatory diaease? What is the cause of inflamatory? Do we have a.lack of vitamins? If so what is it?
I get terrible flatulence with my diverticulitis flare ups, the smell could strip paint😅
I’m having a bad flare up right now never felt pain like it 😢
The foam of toothpaste is bad for oral microbiom?
I'm crying my eyes out whilst seeing those coments i felt that I'm not alone but there is a lot of people who are suffering from this as well it's been 10 years now i kind of used to it but i feel insecure because i don't want to loose my hair growth from it anyway i hope that everyone would get well and cure this disease ❤
Just relistening, and thinking about the comment about where you typically find psoriasis plaques... do any of you psoriasis sufferers here notice that your plaques have moved over time? When I was a child I used to have it more on my knees and upper shins, whereas these days it's down to my ankles and much worse on my feet. Just wondering... maybe one day it'll disappear into the earth! 🤞🤞
The patch keeps shifting
I'm 48 and have had psoriasis since I was 3 (so diagnosed in 1979) and PsA since my early 20s. It's amazing to me that only now people are starting to talk about the link with gut health. When I was a child they always described it as being linked with a weak liver function! I stopped taking all the medication and listening to doctors years ago, even though when I was breastfeeding and it became really bad they kept pressuring me to take immune suppressants or try UV therapy...none of it works. But as a long term vegetarian who only has alcohol a couple of times a year, I become a bit disheartened when people say they gave up fizzy drinks and were miraculously cured! I find the sun helps me, and definitely sugar is to be avoided, but I haven't found my magic bullet yet. I gave up wheat and gluten for a few months (which is really hard as a vegetarian living in Italy!) but it didn't really help enough to be worth the hassle. I think my next push will be to try fasting, as it does seem to help.
Genetically you could be someone who needs more of a certain nutrient to be well be it Vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, B-12, Folate, etc. and all humans need vitamin C.
My recent flare up was caused by under cooked broccoli ..the skin left on apples causes me problems also..and i think hard battered deep fried food such as honey chicken.. I have been crook twice after eating battered chicken.
Try the carnivore diet. It healed my psoriazis almost completely.
It could be you cut out your trigger items!
@@humanfamilymember yes but I also lost 17 kg because of not eating carbs anymore.
I was told fasting is terrible for Gut issues but I always feel better when fasting
What about cane sugar? Does it destroy good gut bacteria?
❤❤❤
What dosage of the capsules would you recommend?
Everything is connected to our GUT health...our internal organs health
Fibre is bullshit, go carnivore
Fact; no human needs carbohydrates NONE ever!... it is not an essential macro. If you never ate another carbohydrate again, you would live a very healthy life!
very informative, thank you
I got out onto ppis after I went to the doctor with acid reflux, pretty certain this has caused me all sorts of issues from gastritis to potentially diverticulitis, I have a burning sensation on my lower left flank, not sure what it is exactly, maybe IBS type pain, comes and goes which makes me think it isn’t diverticulitis
Being an ayurvedic doctor I use Planet Ayurveda's Navkarshik Churna and Gleaming Skin Hair and Nails Formula in patients of psoriasis
This is an extremely informative presentation, thankyou very much for uploading.
🙏
How do you know if bowl is perforated? I have been diagnosed with this condition. I have mentioned to my doctor previously i have fluid from my belly button during a flare up. The doctor does not believe that this symptom is connected. I feel the doctor could be wrong. As this is generally what happens when i have infection due to the diverticulitis.
I just read comments from ordinary people for my recommendations forward
How do you get more stomach acids?

News flash, I was prescribed aspirin for potential heart issues and started having flares ups of diverticulitis, 3 ER trips within 2 months to be exact. It wasn't until my third visit that my instructions to go home with advise me to discontinue aspirin and any NSAIDS if possible. I did stop the aspirin right away and haven't had a flare since doing so. The kicker was in telling my PCP and she said she's never heard that before but since that time she's now questioning medications I'm taking for arthritis after I asked to get off all my meds. The main med that also mentioned diverticulitis as a possible side effect is prescribed to everyone with thyroid conditions and that's Levothyroxine which I've taken for over 30 years and is only now causing me vibration like tremors as well which now require a whole new med, such a mess of troubles with meds! But look into yours is all I can add here.
If you are in India, having Broiler chicken can aggravate the Psoriasis as in India they dont follow food safety standards when injecting the birds with Anti-Biotics or Artificial hormones
DR BURHENNE SELLS LMNT ELECTROLYTES ON HIS ASKTHEDENTIST WEBSITE . IT HAS A PH BETWEEN 2 AND 3 ! SHAME ON HIM !

So how do you improve gut acid?
Amazing channel, thank you for the valuable information.
Who is this woman?
The only advice she gave for a solution was to chew your food well, eat fiber and have more acid in your gut. All this is nothing new as far as trying to stave off an episode. There was nothing about healing it.
@2:14 this is the problem with some Doctors today. A patient asks a Doctor what Diverticulosis is and the Doctor answers: Don't worry a lot of people have this. First I'm not asking about other people. I would like an explanation on what this is and how it affects my colon. Please and thank you.
Can NEVER be cured.
Im dealing with this pain drama right now as they speak as I type. Worse nausea and come and go pain ever. Wanna throw up but can't losing confidence in myself to be a good meat robot and live another thirty plus years.
