- I have received several requests over that past year for an animation depicting both the original Twin towers and the current and future WTC complex. Obviously there's lots of buildings overlapping but it does show how different the projects are.

Even with all those new WTC buildings, lower Manhattan still oddly looks empty without the twins.
That’s the whole point of the new word trade center. it surrounds the space that Cannot be filled

This would be so cool if this was real. My three favorite towers co-existing together. It would be nice to see the North Tower looking south from the New One World Trade Center and vice versa. Although the closest thing we have to this is the cinematic lift at the One World Trade Center where you see New York being built around you as you go up the lift and you can briefly see the Twin Towers between 1969 and 2001 until you get to 2011 when it shows the interior of the building you're in, the One World Trade Center. (Thanks to TH-cam for this info)
I never had the chance to visit the Twin Towers and I hope to one day visit the new One World Trade Center one day.

This is why I prefer the Twin Towers Alliance plan at the moment, that one makes the twins stand out more because of their freakish height.

I remember seeing a rendering of this back when i was in the 5th grade and first got into skyscrapers. I was pretty impressed. Donald Trump actually planned a taller stronger version of the Twin towers right after 9/11. He said that Freedom Tower looked disgusting!
Yep he said that during the Libeskind iteration of the site.
The early illustration of the Freedom Tower looks a bit ugly with that spire rising on one side of the building. I'm glad they changed that and placed the spire in the middle, just like the North Tower's antenna.
I have always imagined this. I had made several images where I mixed the original WTC with the current WTC.
To tell you the truth I always imagine that if 911 had never happened, I always imagine what it would be like if they built the new WTC 3 and the new WTC 4 in the Old WTC, I think they would have a charm between modern and old.

That would be absolutely absurd to have 3 bulky 1,300+ footers next to each other with multiple others over 1000 next to them.

Question. If the FAA has a height limit of 2,000 feet for skyscrapers, why was One WTC not built to that height in its final design? Sooner or later will have another "Chicago Spire" like title taken from WTC, which is dissapointing. 2000/2001 feet would also be symbolic year for the new century, year of the attack to not forget and US would have a megatall. I would've like 1776ft roof height and 2000/1ft architectural total height. Would it be that hard? Also why no open roof observatory on 2 WTC? That was the whole point of. They could've extended observatory structure in glass above those diamonds.
It would really have been necessary to rebuild the Twins Tower.

Where did you get the 3d model of the new Two World Trade Center?
I have a question. Just curious as you have a very great model of Lower Manhattan with lots of the building in that part of NYC. My question is what is the approx width and breath of 200 Vesey Street. I noticed the building tampers towards the top with around 3 setbacks where the building gets smaller. What are the dimensions in length and breadth of the 3 sections for the building? Thanks for your great videos.

Thanks! My New York model is in Unreal Engine 4. I spent months modeling everything before hand, so when it comes time for animations its just a few hours in Premier Pro.

And 0:53 you can See the Freedom Tower Is Actually Skinnier at its Widest than the Twins, so it IS basically Smaller !

Design is done. They just need to find a tenant. They cant build it until they find someone major to move in.

Bruh, the only way I see this going like this is 9/11 being stopped before it could happen and the towers getting too full so they need insanely more office space, so they build these towers next to the twins.
