Great interview. I def need 7- 8 hr sleep. Breathwork when I wake. First meal is lunch. I stop drinking water after about 5pm otherwise I'm up couple of times in the night for a pee. Im lucky that I have been having a 20 - 30 min afternoon nap for 30+ years when ever I can depending on work. Train hard in the gym, been boxing and doing Muay Thai for 40 years and Love it.. Love having sauna's for recovery. I eat clean and have been refined sugar free 35 years. Im an Aussie and I love the sun. Havent used chemical sunscreen since i was about 19. Mineral sunscreen on my nose and tops of my ears only. Im 59 and all this keeps my body and brain feeling as best as I can be.

Mario and Gary - as I listened to you talk about Mario's neck and upper back with a "pinched nerve" the one thing I did NOT hear was Chiropractic - the most effective and safest treatment for the "pinched nerve". (If you tried a chiropractor and he/she did not help go to a different one because there are multiple approaches. I would recommend a Gonstead trained chiropractor.) Also do SoftWave which knocks out inflammation and activates stem cells and promotes healthy blood supply to the area. Doing Cortizone actually dries out the proteins, promotes and speeds of degeneration. Also make sure you specifically strengthen the area.
Hi gary, been watching your podcast from the start👍 Could there be any other options for a 47year old female which has never smoked or drank, weights 8.30stone, and has an inlarged spline due to polycythemia, blood count high 16s. Docters now saying no other option she has to have chemo. Sorry but looking for your opinions, as she is in a bit of a mess, docters are lost as to how she has this🙏
